Nice and soft fabric, good choice of sizes

Everything went well, the brand ist trustable and the products are great.

The size of the item I ordered (shapewear body) was way way way too small. The return costs were €7,95 and I wanted to exchange so that would mean I would have to pay: 2x shipment costs + 1x return shipping costs. It would be more than the bodysuit itself. Customer care gave me the opportunity to order without new shipping costs and refund my return cost. Very good example of high quality customer service. I haven’t received it yet but I am sure it will be fine since the customer services answers within a day even on weekends. Thank you.
