Much of the information seemed outdated…
Much of the information seemed outdated and, in some places, in need of editing. The 1-hour video, which for some reason was included twice, pertained primarily to medical issues, not psychotherapy, and, because it was several years old, had a strong emphasis on COVID concerns. I did find 2 sections that were quite helpful, and thus worthy of downloading: one dealt with "emergency situations" & "session guidance," & the other dealt with "digital tools." One other positive: affordability.

Easy yet included Necessary Content
The study content covered all the necessary information of Law & Ethics that was needed to take the quiz. Just by reading and writing down some notes helped me to remember when I took the quiz and I scored 17/17.
I was able to complete this at one sitting.

This one time experience I had with this website was wonderful, easy and exactly as I thought it would be. They describe everything you need to know, the experience is educational and helpful to the viewer, and taking this course with certification at the end was seamless. The customer service when the web sight…
The customer service when the web sight was hard for me to work . I got immediate assistance and mailed me the completed proof . That was wonderful. I like the writing and content was great. I learned a lot and was able to find when out what i got wrong and I was able to read the correct answer.. It is great all the way through the process. I really recommend this sight.
