This company cannot improve because it doesn't actually exist. I too fell for the "sob story" and my first order was "lost in transit " and replacement sent....still not arrived. My credit card statement shows the company taking the money as a company in the Netherlands! The only positive from this experience is the fact that no other transactions have appeared on my credit card. Wish I had checked Trust Pilot first!😡

As others have said, this is a scam. I realised it was a scam as soon as they sent the email and realised there is no way to directly contact customer service in the UK, only China.

Myself among several others have reported this company to Action Fraud. You should do the same if you have been scammed so these thieves can be closed down.

Also contact your bank immediately telling them you plan to dispute the charge. UK banks are obligated as of October 2024 to refund for disputed fraud transactions.

This is a scam company using a name of a genuine company in England.

They do not send out the jewellery in the time they advertise and I expect that if it ever does turn up that it'll be cheap rubbish that is significantly not as advertised.

I should have checked trustpilot before ordering, now I have lost money on an order thatll probably never turn up, their customer service says return it if I don't like it but gives an address in China. Definitely NOT from Birmingham or anywhere else in the uk

This company is a scam - now know that the goods are from China and there is no such company. Ordered goods from them - as some of the other reviewers have put - they have not arrived. Not impressed at all
Edited 27/08/25 - Goods have arrived - Wave necklace and earrings just lumps of plastic - Mystery Box was a plastic bird necklace not worth 5p - so called "silver" is a very shabby base metal - quite honestly - complete scam and needs investigating - disgraceful.

Avoid, you'll get fooled by the sob story, only to then receive some tat from China that is not worth the money you have paid. They don't tell you it is chinese when you order, you find that out later. Then if you want ti cancel the order or get a refund, you have to pay to ship it back to China! Absolutely awful company who should be shut down.

As plenty of other people have said, this is not a genuine website. Goods are cheaply made, plasticky tat from China. What a coincidence that I finally received them after requesting a charge back from my credit card! There is no shop in Birmingham. Scammers all the way. Avoid at all costs!

Fraudulent company. Do not buy from them. No goods received! Apparently my order was ‘lost in transit’ and an offer was included for £20 off my next order. Needless to say I will NOT be placing another order!

Scam!all day long. Struggling to get my money back

States the company is in Birmingham. Return address is in China. My items have been enroute for a week now. I've emailed asking where they are and had no response.
Update: the items arrived after about 2 weeks. They are cheap plastic tat that looks nothing like the photos. Company ignored my return request. I ended up doing a chargeback through my bank. They challenged the charge back the day before the cut off so then it went to review. The back did side with me but.it was horribly stressful. Please avoid

SCAM alert. This is not a genuine website. Ordered jewellery and spent £120 but never received. Please raise issue with tour bank and they will direct to VISA if paid on debit card

SCAMMMED ON FACEBOOK ..... AVOID .......I realised when I saw the same Jewelreey on different sites, order neo arrived and not details or updates

My daughter ordered Jewellery worth £88 and was scammed as it is a fake website.
The police should shut this down.

Scam company ,state they are based in Birmingham , UK ,and goods are shipped from there …but say you can obtain a refund if you have to return the goods and it’s an address in China … sob story about a woman having to close her business after the death of her husband but there is also another site advertising her jewellery and it’s word for word from the same woman except this time she has lost her son … complete BS… I have contacted my bank and they will be doing a charge back but I have to wait 30 days to see if goods arrive .,. Be interesting to see if anything actually arrives …
Do not part with any money and I have reported them to FB…
I did actually try and do a search on them before ordering but unfortunately couldn’t find them initially …

Earrings did arrive via Royal Mail
However they are cheap copies and nothing like the photos on the website …the backing clips r plastic and no hallmark , they arrived in a small unmarked box … any reputable company would have their name etc on the box .. have emailed for a refund but won’t hold my breath … I certainly won’t be returning them back to China 🤬luckily I didn’t spend too much money with them unlike others who have lost quite a lot ..
Another update !!!
I emailed them as per their “ returns” procedure … did actually get a reply and an apology along with a sob story about how they had to close the UK store due to financial problems and the goods were now being shipped from their last warehouse abroad( not China ) and this was causing problems and they were losing money due to non deliveries and returns … surprise surprise !!!!
I have been offered a 25%discount refund without having to send back the items … … will initially accept this and will wait and see if the refund comes through … if not then I will contact the bank as they have effectively admitted they have given a poor service and they can chase them for the full amount ….

I have been scammed aswell. I could tell as soon as the order confirmation came through. Avoid at all costs!

I now realise that I have been scammed, as well as others, by this company.
The company purports to be a man and woman who are now forced to close their boutique and so their goods are on sale. I recently discovered that the items I ordered (if they really exist) are coming from China. Upon mentioning this, I was assured that some of their items are actually delivered from China. I have repeatedly asked for updates and have been assured that the items I ordered are 'on their way'. I assume that my £36 is now lost. Please do not use this company.

I have just received a message apologising that my order has been lost. Profuse apologies and assurance that they are sending me the goods again, along with a '£20 off' for my next order!
Next order? You must be joking! They also said that they have sent me an updated tracking number.
I have received nothing of the sort.
Please do not fall for this like I have done.
Ordered: 5 August.

Items finally arrived on 30 August.
The earrings (£19.96) are of reasonably good quality, although I am not convinced that they are gold.
The necklace (£15.96) comprises a white metal chain supporting a bird, described as a hummingbird, which is made of plastic!, which I regard as a cheap alternative.
Although the latter is of poor quality for jewellery (plastic!), the former item is reasonably good.
Taking all the evidence together, I suspect that these are Chinese products, despite the company describing themselves as a British couple in Birmingham and claiming to be in the process of closing down their jewellery business.

Consequently, as these items have finally been received in good condition, I have added one more star to my review. However in all honesty, I cannot really recommend them for the above reasons.

It is a fraud company. I ordered the goods but could not track it back to the website any more. There was no reply from customer services. Believe other people were also similarly scammed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
