Feels like a total scam company
Feels like a total scam company. After returning my order (which is not free), I was returned only 2/3 of money paid. The matter was investigated by cervera and they had made a mistake when processing the return. This is two months ago and i have sent 3 reminders to return my money, no reply.
Does not give a thrustworthy image of how they handle their customers.
Beware, if you aren't 100% sure you don't need to return your purchase.

I just received my order
On their site it's stated that the material is crystal glass but this is not true. One of the glasses has a defect on the engraved logo with tiny pieces being chipped.
I wanted to fill a return form but my order number was not recognized. Their customer service mail is also not working. "550 invalid mailbox (call fwd)"

Order and payment was a mess
Order and payment was a mess! It showed that the payment went twice. Then the order was cancelled. I ordered again. And now I got two months later an invoice saying I have not paid the product. Very confusing and I’m not sure which is right.
