not a professional job or experience.

showed up on time for the first clean after a good sales pitch. the front is pretty decent but the back upstairs and down was not. they pulled cobwebbs across the windows, didnt clean the windowsills and didnt clean the moss, even on the ground floor windows. lots of drying spots, dont seem to have tried to remove excess water/ soap. customer service needs work too. spelling errors in every message and texted me instead of someone else in error. not impressed. i have uploaded images on google. edited down to 1 star in response to my google review. obviously not professionals. customer service is very important with a business performing simple tasks.
