Phone was listed in excellent condition, but when I received it, there was a small chunk missing out of the glass on the front. Also, despite doing all the troubleshooting suggestions from Samsung, the front camera is so blurry that it's unusable. Very disappointed, I've had many wonderful experiences with refurbished phones from other companies in the past.
-Edit- After trying to resolve the issue with the company for several days and sending them 12 different photos they requested, twice, they offered me a ridiculously low reimbursement amount to keep a device with damages that significantly impair normal use, (I've added a picture I took with the front camera to show how bad it is 😂) or the option to return the item completely and be out the money I spent on screen protectors and a case. Worst experience I have ever had with a refurbished item/company, and I've bought many. I would definitely recommend using another refurb retailer, there's many other options.
