Purchased the CCNA desktop prep exam.
Some answers are wrong, exhibits are missing, the exam software only displays 5 questions at a time, the online support chat never replies, and the email service doesn't acknowledge my emails. I doubt this will help me pass the exam, and I don't expect a refund.

DOUBLE AVOID.

In my opinion, DO NOT purchase this exam prep. There are many discrepancies between the answers and the ones CyberArk accepts (at least in the version I purchased). I did NOT past the exam on the first try and sent several emails both to support and sales requesting a refund. The support emails came back as undeliverable - no such email. Sales completed ignored all emails. The exam comes in 15 sections, not one as expected. Totally disappointed both with the product and the customer service\sales.

My career had come to a standstill but with 300-101 mock tests and my score in CCNP certification exam of 79% revived it in a much better way than the usual.
