Avoid this firm!!!
I am very upset and disgusted 🤮 by the treatment I received. They conveniently forgot that I was the customer and that they’re supposed to provide a service.

They’ve had my request for retrieval of certain documents for well over a year and have produced NOTHING!!!

They took my money and acted like a scam operation.

They did not consult with me.
They did not communicate well in English.
If they communicated, it was a very brief
email, to tell me they could not proceed with my request because of a “ pause “ by authorities. Meanwhile, the NYC Consulate was telling me I should be able to obtain the documents. And another firm I subsequently retained was able to move forward with respect, diligence, and professionalism.
When I demanded a supervisor from Certificatievisure, nothing!!!
When I asked for a refund they went quiet, never responding, nothing!!!

This is worth repeating.
They took my fees and provided:
1. “0”
2. No documents
3. No consultation
4. No plan forward.
5. Lacked any proper communication skills.
6. No Supervisor or Office manager to resolve my issues.
7. No refund
Nothing !!!
In my opinion, this business
should be closed by the authorities. At a minimum, investigated.
Please move on to another firm.

I’ve encountered a website that I believe is a scam and want to warn others to avoid using this website.
The reviews are questionable sources.
No response from the phone number or the email address listed.
I highly recommend avoiding this site and reporting it to your local consumer protection agency.
As I paid for a service, and I did not receive anything or any confirmation regarding the expected timeframe for the delivery of my documents.
Please be careful and consider doing further research before engaging with this website.
I would like to report this suspicious sites to protect others.

Just to let you know I purchased this online document on the 24/02/2025
This is my email trail they have not communicated back to me.

Since I have not received any response, I can only assume that this website is a scam. I plan to write a blog post about it, sharing my experience and advising others that this service took my money without delivering anything or providing any communication.
