I bought an iPhone. When you buy it, is says it will be shipped and delivered in one day.
As soon as you pay, you receive an e-mail informing that it Will be shipped in 6 week days, instead. This is totally unclear, in My opinion.
My phone was shipped a couple days later, but more than a week later (so, after 6 week days) still no sign of it. Carrier tracking claims “an error”, client support does not answer messages, so basically no money, no phone and no information.
Edit: 12 days later. Package returned to CertiDeal without ever being delivered. They Will not refund me until the package is returned to them. No money, no phone, zero respect for customers.

I bought an iPhone off Certideal for 180€, when it arrived I noticed that when I record a video the audio is malfunctioning and distorted.

I explained to them the situation and what the problem was in detail, and I even sent them one of my videos so they could hear the audio themselves and see what I meant…. they instructed me to send it to them and they would fix it.

I paid postage and was without my phone for 2 weeks and then it arrived… but they had not fixed it.. they told me they looked and could not find a problem..

How?! Record a video and it’s very obvious.. the sounds goes up and down and distorts.

So then I ask them if they can maybe send me a replacement mobile while mine is being fixed as I’m currently pregnant and can’t go another 2weeks without phone due to needing to be reachable for contact with doctors and appointments…

They said that no, they can only suggest I send them my phone to be fixed.

But……. I had already done that and they returned it to me the same so my trust in them already wasn’t that great..

I then asked if I could return my phone, using my 1monty guarantee..

They said no because my month had expired and they are right but my argument is that my phone arrived to me damaged.. I informed them immediately.. I sent them my phone back so they could fix it and didn’t fix it and sent it to me in the same state…...

So I believe I informed them within month guarantee and it’s not my fault they didn’t fix it like they said they would… so now I’m stuck with a defected phone.

The other suggestion they gave me was that I could sent them my phone to be fixed after I have given birth and no longer need it to be in contact with doctors etc… and that’s great but…
ALL my videos that I record from now until then.. another few months… are DAMAGED.

And in a day and age where we take so many videos of our day to day lives I am angry that the last videos I’m ever going to record of my little boy as an only child are all going to have damaged audio.

So if I could give this company a ZERO in review I would because I as a client did my part by paying them 180€ and they have in return sold me a damaged phone which they didn’t fix when they said get would.

Stay away, this company feels like a scam to me and they are committing fraud my telling clients they will get new like phones when actually they just take your money and sell you defected phones instead and then don’t fix them and don’t let you return the phone when amongst all the back and forth you run out of time and your 1month “happy customer or money back” or something along those lines, runs out…..

My problem was solved quickly and with great response. Thank you certideal and the team.

I had bought a phone from CertiDeal, along with a package which included protective silicone back cover AND protective glass. When it arrived (perfectly on time) it came with no protective glass. I thought "Oh well, 2 out of 3", and never complained. I thought it wasn't worth the trouble, for such a small thing...
But customer service called me today to ask about my experience. When I told them about the missing item, they apologised and offered to send it to me right away.
I'll keep you posted. But so far they have made a wonderful impression.

I purchased the cheapest version of the iPhone X as this is for my ten years old son. Delivery time was good, since it wasnt in stock when I ordered it, it arrived in a week. I also ordered the zen package, simple case with screen saver. The look off the phone is like its almost new, just were you plag in then lightning cable ist a little bit worn out. But for the cheapest version it looks absolute in perfect conditions. Th case it came with was not very good and the screen saver cracked in a few days. We contacted the client support and they imideatly send a new and much better case and two new screen saver. I can absolutely recommend this company, quality of buy and customer service is excellent.

I ordered IPhone XR Black (Preto) in "Muito Bom" condition. I had some issues with delivery and visual quality of the phone, but we сame to an agreement thanks to Isaias, and i got partial refund. Phone is 100% working in all aspects, customer service is amazing. I will totally reccomend this shop. Next time just will order a phone in "Como Novo" condition ahah

The site is easy to explore and understand their mission.
Then, just choose your desired device, fill your data and pay (information about the time to ship and receive is well stated).
In the same day I received a call from a sales agent, asking about my experience and any doubts.
3 days later, I received the device (from France).
Despite a small and very light scratch on the back, it's hard to say this is a 4years old used device.
No other damage is noticable, battery holds charge perfectly.
Around 3 days after receiving the device, the sales agent reached me out again to know how is the device and how was the whole experience.

Very happy with my purchase and the service of CertiDeal. They called ahead to check if I had questions and informed me through email about the status of the purchase. The phone came in great condition and (almost) on time, which is a rarity for deliveries in Madeira.
