The initial scheduling process was very easy, and Stephanie answered our questions during the sign-on/initiation phase.

Once we were scheduled, our auditor Yarelis was very helpful during the stage 1 and stage 2 audit processes. She made the audit feel relaxed (not stressful). She asked helpful questions which enabled us to clearly articulate our processes and we completed our audit with 0 non-conformances and we subsequently obtained our certification. Certfast also kindly provided us a framed copy of our certification free of charge, and provided us with instructions and logos to properly advertise our certification. I would definitely recommend Certfast!
