We had our annual boiler service today from Certas energy carried out by Mark Armstrong. Mark provides our boiler service on a yearly basis and is excellent at his job. We highly recommend Mark, 5 stars, for his expertise and professionalism. Thank you Mark.

Phillip Cooke quickly resolved an intermittent fault and our heating has been working perfectly again for the last 9 days.

Mark Armstrong has been my boiler engineer for 9 years. He is without doubt the most respectful and professional man I have let into my home. He always calls 10/15minuets before arriving, he is very respectful of my home, he is a clean worker and always lets me know what parts if any he has replaced. Mark is sociable but does not stand around, he takes pride in his work and keeps meticulous records of each service. Phillip Cooke arrived as expected to deal with the oil boiler problem. The oil had run out and on refill the boiler refused to start. He set about exploring the situation. It was tricky and so he contacted the boiler manufacturer and sought advice. He got a solution to the situation from his own office and fired up the boiler. Phillip was personable professional and efficient.

Broken old boiler, cold winter - Phillip Cooke came and sorted it all out in 40 mins. Very impressed and pleased with service and Phillip. Thank you.
