Great customer service
Great customer service. Prompt delivery. Needed an item added to my order and they were really helpful to help sort it even though eventually it was not possibl as the itemwas out of stock. Lovely clothes for my mum and good quality. Will buy again from them.

I have had very positive experiences…
I have had very positive experiences with this company. The catering for fashion that is culturally acceptable for me.
However, this time l received the wrong order and l was informed what l had ordered was out of stock, it would have been time saving if they informed me in the first place that the garment l wanted was out of order.
However, it was all sorted and received my refund in a timely manner, l will not stop shopping and Recommending Cerurra fashions.

Upon reviewing your case, we realized that we received correspondence from Parcel Force about a parcel requiring duties to be paid, but it wasn’t clearly identified as coming from you. As a precaution, we didn’t take immediate action, which unfortunately contributed to the delay.
We have since contacted Parcel Force, and they’ve confirmed the parcel will be delivered to us on the 16th of October. Once we receive it, we will issue your refund immediately.
