Très bon service technique malgré les nombreux avis négatif
Le technicien est passé ce jour pour effectuer la réparation de mon réfrigérateur Samsung (system de remplissage automatique de la cruche d'eau qui disfonctionnait). Tout a bien été réparé et avec soin. Le Technicien était très sympatique. Je n'ai rien a dire concerant cette réparation prise en garantie. Super boulot !

En un seul mot : de vrai incompetent de la réparation. Une honte. J'espère que les 8 succursales ne travail pas ainsi!
