SCAM ALERT!!!Do NOT order anything it will never arrive! Ordered in January and they just kept sending me fake tracking info. Finally asked for a refund and was told my PO shipped it back. Total lies will only refund me minus shipping and loss of product!!! In other words we are charging you the customer even though you never got the product!!! They have many products that come
up on Instagram RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

They are refusing to refund my money or send a duplicate product that was supposedly delivered on March 16, but wasn’t. They just keep stringing me along, sending the same postal tracking that says it was delivered. I never did get that final tracking, so clearly the product was delivered somewhere else, and ceremonye won’t make good on it.

SCAM. Ordered in November for a Christmas present. It’s March and I haven’t received it plus they’re ignoring my request for a refund.

Guess I got lucky. I actually did receive my item, although it did take quite a while. I ordered January 26 and it arrived February 15.

It worked exactly like they said it would. It’s a cat toy and my cat is totally addicted to it! However it broke after a month. I even got good at taking it apart to make it last longer. Now I’ve ordered two more. I hope they arrive!

This page is a total scam. I never received the order. I reached out to them and supposedly they resent it but never got it. Then they said that it was delivered but I never got it. The tracking information was invalid. DO NOT ORDER from this website.

Absolutely scam. I never received my item and I can’t even leave a review about it because the product page for that item is gone. It turns out that the item I bought is available on Amazon for half the price so don’t bother.

Scam. Never received my order. They sent false updates with the last one stating the items had been delivered. The third party tracking they provide is in Chinese. Do not waste your money, you will never receive your items

My order never delivered to the address I gave and they kept dating it delivered to look up tracking number which was not valid. They also said check with post office and c again not a valid tracking number.

I did a nationwide tracking which is connected to all couriers again not valid. Whatever company they use is not valid even though they show delivery with a zip code and city only.. no address... the shipping company i found was in Chinese so forget that. Thank God I didn't spend alot of money with them.

Do not buy anything they are just taking people's money.

I believe every response is AI because you can never reach anyone. I even tried through Facebook no response!!!!

I ordered a nail kit as a Christmas gift in November. It never arrived. The tracking information didn’t have my street number on the address. I contacted the company and they said that it was returned to the sender but because it didn’t go back to their warehouse I’d have to pay for another order or they can refund me minus the shipping and cost of the product whatever that means. It’s a scam, don’t buy anything from these a-holes

Absolutely do not buy anything from this company. I paid over $100 for three sets of plugs that’s supposed to be easy to wrap and you can plug in several things for a travel. I received absolutely nothing from this company after spending that much money. I have contacted them several times and still have received nothing. They keep saying the exact same thing we checked with the shipper and the package is on its way. Prettysure someone has that email response saved on the cumputer and they copy and paste. Buyer beware this company will rip you off.

The product looks NOTHING like the picture they advertised. It was too expensive to. E these cheap and ridiculous! I bought two of them for a gift, now I have to try to get my money back! DO NOT BUY!!!!

I ordered a fingernail marker kit on November 23. It arrived on December 29th. It says made in China yet the return address is Chicago. I got notices that it was at customs in Ireland and then New Orleans. I agreed to pay $27.98 which included shipping. My credit card was charged $36.27. I have not opened the kit so I don't know if it is what it said it would be. It was too late for Christmas.

Ordered an item, I immediately tried to cancel. There is nowhere on their website to cancel. I emailed within a few hours as soon as I could find their support address. They responded with why do I want to cancel. I explained and they responded it was too late the order was already being processed. Also a $21 dollar item, they tacked on a 40 percent "sales" tax and shipping. Over $37 for the final price It took until Dec 29 to arrive. Item was way overpriced. I found it at Walmart for $15. And no excessive " sales" tax

I ordered gifts at the end of November. I it’s almost the end of December and they still have not arrived. No communication about stays or delay from the company.

I ordered some Christmas gifts for my nieces from Ceremonye on November 20. They have still not arrived (today is dec 17th) and will not be here in time to send them as Christmas gifts. I’m very disappointed about the extremely slow shipping.
