I received a new Zyxel router described as ‘plug & play’. Having gone through its installation as advised in the Zyxel app the installation failed. The Cerberus advisor took me through the adjustments necessary calmly, unhurriedly and with great patience and without his support I would have no internet connection. In this day & age router hardware and accompanying apps should be intelligent enough to properly self-install but as they are not, thank you for this level of service support.
We had a big issue and Cerberus tried their best to sort it out.

Fantastic support from the technical, operations and provision teams. The technical support team are always available over the phone with no wait time (unlike other providers).
They always keep us up to do date with latest technology offers available for infrastructure upgrades.
Very helpful in setting up ATA Gateway so I can use my old phones.
I appreciate that Cerberus handle any project, from start-to-finish without any issues, and this was no exception. After scoping the project, they put my mind at rest that they had everything in hand. All went smoothly, and completed with minimal input from us. Thoroughly recommended.
Absolutely rubbish. Installation of a new residential broadband line took nearly 8 weeks (more than 5 weeks longer than originally quoted) and I had to constantly chase to move anything forward. Customer service response was basically ‘wait a few more days, wait another week’, no sense of urgency, no sense of care, despite the fact you are supposed to have a dedicated agent to manage your installation. Openreach were equally rubbish, of course. In the end I had to raise a formal complaint to get the line working and even then no compensation was offered. Considering they are about 33% more expensive than the competition I simply can’t see why on earth you would sign up.
Absolutely pathetic. Placed order for FTTP connection in mid August 2025 and I am still waiting for a working connection 7 weeks later and counting. Repeated failed installations, evasive customer service, no explanation other than a pitifully vague 'your order is stuck in the system', no offer of contractually obliged compensation and no sense that anyone cares or has the ability to fix whatever the issue is. Just avoid. Really.
I have two contracts for fibre to the property with Cerberus. Both were provisioned from scratch with new fibre cables routed across fields with new poles and ducting. No one else would take this on. Its not a pleasant process, usually caused by problems with Openreach but we got there in the end. Cerberus do what they say and sort problems out. Also there is someone to talk to rather than a Bot
From start to finish the whole migration process was perfect. The people I dealt with at Cerberus were polite, responsive and knowledgeable. The service is competitively priced and provides more flexibility than BT. We agreed the date and time for the migration to take place and it went through exactly as agreed. The management portal looks a little old-fashioned but has some useful features and is perfectly functional. Very happy with Cerberus so far.
It was speedily dealt with and politely. It's always good actually speaking with a person.
Good knowledge of what was needed for the upgrade. Regular updates of the progress given. Easy to contact.
A third party somehow took the internet line down (which affects our phones as well). - Day1.

We are a business and this is unacceptable.
Came into work today, after a bank holiday weekend. Now on day 8. No internet. Rang and told a DSLAM is down in the exchange and this is expected to be fixed by day 12.
They obviously have no provision for this type of circumstance, but clearly should have some sort of plan in place.
When you ring it is very difficult to understand the people you are talking to.

It was very hard to understand the service/support engineer on the phone - I am not an IT professsional so it was hard to follow the instructions he was giving me.
I'm still not convinced the speeds I am getting are up to what I'm expecting
