Have used this this company on several occasions and found them to be excellent with advice and guidance with a onsistently helpful and positive attitude. They also have a really excellent and broad selection of tiles to choose from. Would highly recommend.

All the staff here were brilliant notably Dennis and Craig. Very friendly. NON pushy. Listened to our requirements, very well priced. We bought the highly rated and stylish Porcelanosa floor and wall tiles for our bathroom. Our fitter said they were the best tiles he has worked with. Dennis even dropped some tiles personally to our house at last minute! Brilliant service.

Amazing service and product- can’t sing their praise high enough. Shaun and the team were great from start to finish with their communication. Huge selection at competitive prices. We bought 140m2 and we are super happy and have since been back.

Great selection of tiles, also fitter did a great job. However, there are major issues with their communication during fitting and resolution of issues post fitting. I've been trying to get through to the contracts manager for months to resolve, including calls and emails, also the office team have left several messages to call me back and there's no response since. Very poor communication and post-sales support with unresolved issues. Would not recommend.

We cannot thank the team enough.
We had real issues with the our chosen tile. Very popular and limited stock.
The team - and I mean the whole team were so helpful and treated us like we were really special.
I ordered 12 of the tile and our tiler said we had enough for the floor, which we asked him to confirm as there were no more available. Later he said we needed 2 more - The warehouse man (didn’t get his name) found 2 in the warehouse another customer had not collected.
I could not be happier with the company.
Then the tiler said we needed 2 more - you can imagine how upset we were about this.
Contacted the company and they advised a new shipment was coming next week, this was good news but our tiler was fitting floor that day.
Amazingly we got a call, the same day - they had some returns and we could collect 2 more.
This is a little long winded, but I just wanted to explain how amazing the team are and I am so happy that we came to ceramic tile warehouse and will recommend them to everyone.

We have had nothing but exceptional service from Sean at CTW. He has worked alongside us to get us the tiles we needed for our renovation . although the lead time has been pushed out on several occasions, we appreciate that is not his / CTW fault , Sean has dealt with us and the situation very professionally . Would highly recommend , and thank you for making our customer experience such a positive one.

great showroom with friendly customer service

We have had a fantastic experience with the Ceramic Tile Warehouse. Great customer service when you go and ask them for help, provided great support in the showroom, gave us access to all the samples we needed and great follow up. Highly recommend them.

15 years since I last used these guys and as per the staff was great very knowledgeable, got done fantastic discounts. Locality these are by far the most reasonable priced tile shop around.
I'm not saying the the best buy stock levels always we stocked.
Glad to be using these guys again and Notre future business. 5* guys
