cannot cancel my subscription
I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription and it won’t let me cancel it, it keeps telling me that I should use the email I registered with and I am using it but still doesn’t work, and to make it worse they don’t even respond to my emails. This is a terrible service.

I filed a refund form of $25 the same day I purchased the content August 24th, 2019. I was genuinely not satisfied with the content I purchased, so I filed the refund form. However, ever since I filed the form, I get the same automated message about the refund taking several days. Its been three days. I was lenient the first two days. But as of today, Wednesday the 28th, I grow more and more angry. This company was fast taking my $25, but turn into Helen Keller when asked about when the refund will be sent. This service is such a scam. I BETTER SEE MY REFUND AT THE END OF THIS WEEK!

my free 1 day trial is coming to it’s end and i still am not able to cancel my subscription so i won’t get charged for it! i understand centrobill are doing all they can and they have already contacted me i’m just waiting on another reply from them to confirm my account is deactivated and i won’t be charged for it. i have also contacted them on another account which they replied asking for details which i sent through but for some reason won’t let me post another review on my main account, hence why i am writing one on this account, i hope centrobill can read this and know who i am and deactivate my account with a refund back to me! thank you.

i signed up for a free 1 day subscription on fancentro, as i was just wanting to check it out and cancel my membership straight away so nothing was charged, and as i try to cancel my subscription, it asks for my email and gives me a choice of 3, and whichever choice i choose and fill out it refreshes the page, i understand that centrobill are trying to help out everyone here but i just hope i can get a reply to this ASAP and acknowledgement that my account has been deactivated, hopefully receive a full refund and will never be charged again. I also don’t recall getting an Order ID, Transaction ID or Membership ID so i’m not sure if that is needed or not.

A good service without a cancel button
ITs a good service I just went to get a free trial for a day then on my snapchat I had another but when I looked to cancel no option appeared (note that I use mobile so I don't know if it matters) but today I was charged for both and I asked for a refund hoping they respond as I have had my entire wallet emptied I will delete my account once I'm refunded to avoid a further issue

It took me days to cancel. Not only that, but months later they still have not made it clear if im still paying.
I wanted a one moth subscription and it made me get a whole year and blew my funds out the window .
I wanted a one moth subscription and it gave me no choice but to get the year subscription and I still cannot see anything . I need at least the year refunded because I didn’t want that . Now I have no money for my medicine that I need to stay alive . Horrible. If you’re lucky enough to have not purchased anything yet, don’t . Keep your money . This over charging is gross and they aren’t giving me my money back , so I’m going to the better business bureau and giving them a bad score there too. My only thing is that I need the largest charge refunded I’m leaving my order number below for centrobill to see if they could remove the transaction and refund me my money
