This company comes across as a concern company but this is farthest from the truth. This is the second time my 48” Kitchen Aid stove burners have cracked for no reason. However this company has concluded that I dropped, poured water, and misused the burners. Their claim is false, they don’t want to cover defective parts I pray my oven continue to work properly. I’m sure it would be a nightmare to deal with this claims department. I’m going to notify the company I purchased my stove and let them know how this company has falsely accused me of damaging my own stove.

Our washing machine began malfunctioning less than a year and a half after we bought it. Centricity was beyond a nightmare to deal with. They refused to let us speak to anyone. We were told you can not talk to anyone in the claims department, only to customer service. When we requested to speak to a supervisor we were told they didn't have one on at that time, when we pushed and said that is not possible there is always a supervisor they said they would transfer us, after several minutes on hold the line would just disconnect. This happened multiple times, once I was on hold for 15 minutes, when the line did connect there was no one there, only doors slamming in the background and kids screaming. After 10 minutes of that I hung up. They decided and closed our case without ever speaking to us. They sent us a check for the original cost of the machine only, the cost to replace the same machine was over $100 more, not to mention the other fees that would have come with replacing it. This whole process took 3 weeks to complete, the company that we bought the machine from was of no help either.
This company is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and criminal.

For the 2nd time my stove top has died. First time was under factory warranty and someone came out right away. In the 2nd year of my extended warranty the stove top died again. I have a detailed record of my calls to Centricity over the past 5 weeks. I have never spoken to the same person twice. I have gone through the entire timeline each time I call. I have spoken to two different floor managers one of whom have promised a decision in "2-3 business days"; the second said she would call me with a decision. The following week I called and spoke to yet another customer service rep who said I would get an email with their decision in 1 business day. No email. In the meantime I can only use the oven. It is extremely limiting in what I am able to prepare for meals. This company does not stand behind their warranty and does not provide either timely or professional service. I would give them a negative rating if I could. In addition, to post this review I have to provide access to personal information which may be shared. Another indication this is a scam company with no intention of honoring their warranty or providing a resolution.
UPDATE: 04/29 I received the following message which is the stock message left for every complaint. The next paragraph said a supervisor would be calling me "shortly". We shall see as I have been promised that several times in the past.

5/1 Still no resolution. I called Centricity again this morning. The customer rep said they are still waiting for information, now from the appliance store. I have never had the call promised on 4/28/2025. I spoke to a supervisor who reiterated that they can't make a decision without hearing from the store. First I was told they hadn't hear from the repair service regarding availability of parts. I called the appliance service who said it was sent on 4/8/2025. It appears that this company does NOT stand by their warranty. I also called Bankers Financial who holds the warranty and was told I have to go through Centricity. The ball is continually kicked down the road.

This is the worst company. I will never purchase a warranty plan from them ever again. My washer broke on 03/01/2025. They send a repairman out on 03/25/25 who looked at the washer & said the laundry room had to be cleaned out with only the washer & dryer in it, we have our kitty litter boxes in there also that are cleaned daily & the parts were ordered. Some parts arrive. We get a call the next week for another appointment we think for the repair, nope different company comes on 4/03/25 to diagnose the same problem, only the washer and dryer are in the laundry room (this matters).
The next weekon 4/10/25 they are supposed to come to repair the washer, we wait all day & no one shows up. Call Centricity, they tell me they dont know what happened with the service company. Call centricity again on 4/17/25 & they say they're waiting to hear back about the claim???
I called today since I hadnt heard anything back from them and they tell me the claim is denied because of cat poop & pee & bugs everywhere so no technician will come out, which is impossible I keep my house very clean & take pride in it, it doesn't smell at all, I ask to speak to a supervisor and am told their is no supervisor available and someone
will call me. So far no one has called and this seems like the repairman just doesn't want to come do the job. I want my washer repaired or replaced we have waited & waited & been given the run around by this company multiple times

This company will not repair or replace the item you paid for a warranty on. I have been getting the run around for months from them and their service team. No one ever seems to know what is going on, every new person you speak to gives a complete different answer from the last. They like to out the blame on the company they’ve hired to fix your issue but i have called that company who has sent me emails showing proof that they’ve told centricity my washer is not fixable, yet centricity still won’t replace. The management team is rude and unprofessional, that is if you can even receive a phone call back. I will never buy another warranty if i know it goes through this scam of a company! What a waste.

My GE washer wouldn't turn on on 03/07/25. They sent a technician out on 03/12/25. Technician said " NEEDS 2 CALL COUNT CHECKED THE UNIT FOUND THE INVERTER SHORTED OUT AND BLOWN THE FUSE ON THE MAIN BOARD NEEDS BOTH CONTROL BOARD AND INVERTER TO PROPERLY REPAIR. PARTS OVER AUTHO" I waited a couple days for centriciy to process the authorization and when I called they said the claim was closed. They had no idea why it was closed but they will approve the part, so I called the local technician and they said they need approval from centricty so either they can order the part or centricity can order the part. At this point I felt like a middleman when they should be talking to each other. I called Centricity back and they told the part actually wasn't approved because it would cost over 70% of the retail price of the appliance itself, so they would escalate it to the claims department. They said they would have an answer in 2-3 business days and would call or email me back. Well they never called or emailed me after 2-3 business days, so when I called again they basically said its been escalated and they will call back in 2-3 business days with an answer. It has been about 2 weeks of me calling them every 2-3 business days with the same answer. It is now 04/12/25 I have called today and they said its been escalated to the claims manager for a qoute on whether they will replace the unit, cash credit or store credit. They told me they would have answer by Monday or Tuesday in which I really don't believe at this point they will have an answer. I haven't had a washer for over a month and it is really inconvenient
