Bought some spokes for a restoration…

Bought some spokes for a restoration project on a GT380 in 2019. Covid killed the project off until 2026 at which point I discovered I had one extra outside spoke and one less inside.

Contacted Central Wheel Components asking if they sold individual spokes as I couldn't remember where I'd bought them from 7 years earlier. They checked they're records and found my name and immediately sent out two of the correct spokes by overnight courier free of charge.

Sometimes mistakes happen, we're all human, and it's how the company deals with it that shows how good they are. Excellent customer service, especially given the time span involved, and I'll certainly be using them again next time I restore a bike.
