On Feb. 23rd, I sent $53.52 for 3 figures of Christ sitting down. Centerty would send 4. In the video, He is about eight inches, bigger than the guy's hand. I wanted these for Easter gifts. Well, a very small package from them never arrived til after Easter on April 10. Inside, were 4 tiny figurines just three inches high!!! I am furious!!! I emailed back and forth with them during the time since ordering. After receiving and complaining, I had to send them photos. They now are telling me to keep these tiny things and they will refund me $11 in US money. I believe they came from Germany. What attracted me to these was that the ad said they were designed and made by a Veteran. So, I thought this was great and that they were from the US. I have been battling with them. Isn't there something that can done with these places that scam so many? How do I get my money back? They should be run out of business.

I ordered three “Handmade Stained Glass Picture Frames” and paid $98 for them. The products took a month to arrive, and upon opening the package discovered the frames were cheap plastic with a printed, vaguely stained glass-looking decal on them. Nothing handmade or glass about them. They are so cheaply made and tacky, I wouldn’t even give them away. Dollar store quality.

When I emailed requesting a refund, their initial response was “we’re on vacation and will get back to you.” When they finally got back to me, they had me send photos of the frames, insisted I received what I ordered, and offered me “compensation of 5 in the default currency,” whatever that means. I declined the offer and insisted on a full refund, and they argued that “while returning the items to our China warehouse is an option, we want to be upfront: this would incur significant shipping costs for you.”
I’ve never had such a laughably scammy experience with any company. They deserve to be taken down.

I received my package today supposedly from this company in an America.
Which I was sent tracking information, which supposedly took from 23rd Jan to yesterday 16th Feb.But the package was smaller than I expected and it was delivered by the Royal Mail from a delivery address in Bolton.
I ordered two figures one of Jesus & one of the Virgin Mary, but both were of Jesus.
And on the advertisement the figures on shown to be has big as your hand, but ones that I received are only about a couple of inches , and they are supposed to be handcrafted, I really don’t think these are handcrafted, more like mast produced. And I paid nearly £40 for these figures, to me they are not worth that much .
I am extremely disappointed ,and will not be buying any more from this company.

They should be ashamed of themselves, this is very deceitful, because they looked so good

My order came within about 6 weeks after I had emailed them constantly. I asked who the shipping company was and they said they didn’t know. So I emailed again with the comments I had put on social media about the company being a scam and told them I would repeatedly do this until I got my item. The item is ok but way smaller than advertised. The biggest shock is that it came from Hounslow in England so it’s definitely a scam.

Absolute shameless scam.

Scam. Should have read these reviews before...

Ordered item July of 2025, never received. State would resend, never received. Basic reply from asking for refund was please be patient. No refund no item.

*****DO NOT ORDER. This company is a scam, they give fake tracking information and never receive item. The will respond to emails and keep you hanging on for weeks but they have never, and will never send the item

Would give zero starts if possible.

Ordered an item, 6 weeks later, no delivery and refusing to refund stating they have fulfilled their shipping process.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY TO THE UK.

Item was order and stated it was delivered however no record of the drop off location has been confirmed, when you ask them to provide details the send you random BS and then will not issue a refund stating it was delivered. If you ask for a POD they can not issue one or send you a blank document

SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!

They will gladly take your money, then cancel your order and from that point you will get just excuses. You will never see the goods you ordered or your money again.

Horrible and false advertising. They lie saying shipped in U.S. and authentic item when actual drop shipped and not same item but horrible false one.

DON’T USE THIS SITE
First they somehow charged my card more than they should have. I did get it refunded. How ever I have not received the item and it’s been two months.

After almost buying something, but luckily I checked reviews and stopped, I am getting around 10 spam emails a day from firebase app, giving me coupons for McDonald's, selling me viagra or twllingme I won a jackpot.
Also, they keep sending emails and have no "unsubscribe" buttons in their emails.

We ordered the game “lyrically correct” through them. It is so beyond bad that it’s hysterical. For example, one card reads (and this isn’t a typo from me this is the card): “n’sync said it’s tearing up their heart when they’e with you but what happens when they are apart from you? They feel it toot” Do not waste your money. Seriously.

This company is a total scam. They have stolen someone else’s site and advertise the fairies as if they are there’s. This is someone.else’s livelihood they are stealing from! Of course from China. It’s despicable. that they are getting away with these tactics! Please don’t shop at this company!!

A scam originating in China. Item ordered (a fabric cape, for £50) arrived as a piece of vinyl with a value of £10, at best. They overcharged me initially pre-delivery, then offered an incorrectly calculated refund, which I declined. After a lengthy, but eventually successful PayPal dispute, I was fully refunded.
TLDR: Item falsely described, incorrectly charged, from a misrepresented company profile.

If I could give less, I would. No order ever arrived - thank god for PayPal and being able to get a refund through them.

Ordered a "Silver Sterling" bracelet that turned up to be some kind of metal. Om allergic to metall and got an instant rash. It took two months to arrive. When I tried to get a refund they told me that what I ordered was exactly what I got. Not true so I got my refund anyway through PayPal. What a scammers!!
