If there was no star I would get them no stars. I have not received my goods and the customer services team are completely unhelpful and uncollaborative. They claim to have delivered to the addressee when no one was home and nothing has been received and they are stalling to try to not reimburse me. They have not responded to several of my emails and I have asked repeatedly to be passed to a manager to sort it out. No response. This is without doubt the worst customer services I have ever experience in my life. Do not trust this company.

very dodgy company. Will never use again
This company refuses to accept an exchange for wrong sizing but wants me to pay another US$17 and they will just send me two new dresses in the right size for me. Totally unbelievable. They then sent a website address to pay the $17 which leads to nowhere.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY they do not have a returns option they offer you minimal to keep the items that are a. TERRIBLE and all cheap nylon and b. weird cuts and sizes.
Biggest mistake purchase I've ever made and spent over £100 and offered £30 to keep the items. I do not believe any of the 5* reviews.

I got a fun, unique Christmas top from this company and have received previous orders - the quality of material is not the best but they are adequate and suit Christmas , summer, low volume wears - the style and design is good so maybe they should go for a premium version of brand too - but where are you based?!
