I recently completed my MSc in Aesthetic Medicine and Anti-Ageing with CEMP/University of Chichester, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience.
From the outset, the programme stood out for its academic rigour and genuine clinical relevance. The curriculum pushed me to engage deeply with complex subject matter, from anatomical foundations and fat compartmentalisation to vascular safety and combined aesthetic techniques, always with a focus on real-world application. Excellent couldn't be happier with this learning platform

I would never recomend this university. First of all my course material was being sent in Spanish, even emails etc. I pointed it out and it was sorted for some mails and otheres remain up to today spamming my inbox with a language that I do not know.

Life challenges happened, my tutor called me and said i would be allowed to defer to the next cohort. So I relaxed thinking I am recommencing in the new yr. Only to be bombarded with emails and whatsapp from finance team threatening to take me to court for non payment of fees. That theres no flexibility to start with the new cohort with the same finance agreement. So wait? They want me to pay up for a course that I did not even start, and re enrol with a new account. Pay double for the same course???

Their customer service is aweful. If you are in England theres plenty more universities that will offer you a better deal. Stay well clear

Your response below doesn't address the fact that your tutor told me I am able to defer yet you want me to start afresh paying another £10k on top of the fee that is already pending. Still doesn't make sense. And I agree, some lectures were difficult to understand e.g in module 2.

My experience was great because of the supportive and engaging learning environment, coupled with the dedication of the teachers. They were always approachable, addressed all of my queries promptly and clearly, and regularly checked in on my progress and upcoming assignments. Additionally, the high-quality tools and resources provided made studying more effective and enjoyable, enabling me to fully grasp the material and achieve academic success. The combination of guidance, encouragement, and excellent resources made my experience both rewarding and memorable.

When they say flexibility it is really flexible.
The assigned guys check on me every two weeks to know how I am doing and if I have any concerns.
I have enjoyed my, doing this program from day one.
My only worry is the language. I have selected English on the platform (portal) yet somethings still appear in Spanish and I need to sometimes use google translation to understand.

Studying the Master’s in Artificial Intelligence at CEMP has been a great experience. Lack of communication with tutor, especially when help is required. Attempted to contact on numerous occasions and either never heard back, or responses were slow.

I went to this clinic for unwanted hair laser treatment. It’s unbelievable after the 3rd session, more than half of my unwanted hair was gone. The clinic has a clean, modern, and updated environment, with the newest machines and technology. I highly recommend it, and the staff is very kind and welcoming.

I enrolled on 02.03.2023 in the Master of Medical Laboratory Science with the CEMP centre. With this master's degree, it is not clear to the prospective student whether it is an official master's or a non-official master's. In Spain, they do have two master's systems: one is official and derived academically, and the other is non-official, just like a vocational certificate. But CEMP hides all this information from the student. In here they lack transparency on their programme or course they offer, and it causes misleading at the end of the course. official Masters, I was told by finishing the course successfully you will get one certificate from CEMP and one accredited certificate from UCAM.

I paid fees in full in one go, and I was enrolled and started the course. before I finished the course.
I saw on their CEMP website that a new university from the UK accredited their masters. I have started asking if I can be one of those who will be given a UK-accredited university certificate.
I was told that at the time you enrolled, the centre had accreditation from UCAM, which is accredited, and at the end of your course, you will get a UCAM master’s degree in which is an official.

Here is a starting point of the dilemma. After I had completed my course successfully, getting a certificate that was promised at the time of enrolment became very difficult, since all the course was misleading master classification and the CEMP staff were giving conflicting information.

At the end I was directed to the documents team. This team is worse than one; I have to exchange communication like what they call a tutor.

I have sent several emails, but no one is answering my emails after I told them I am going to complain to BAC, the UK organisation that has given accreditation to the CEMP centre. I can name it as the biggest scam centre in Europe, and the Spanish minister of education doesn't know about this centre, which is causing misleading and selling untrue online courses.
I have received an email from the Documents team saying that CEMP can’t give you a UCAM certificate because 2 years ago when you enrolled in a master's degree in medical laboratory science, you did not send to the CEMP enrolment centre the backside of your British degree certificate. No one has requested from me this copy of the backside of my certificate. This response was not an enough excuse; they can't give an accredited official master's since they are lacking transparencies.

My experience with the CEMP centre, plus its nice advertisements and good-sounding courses, it's a tactic in order to attract more students at a global level, and the misleading information on the website does not make clear whether is this course is an official master or none official master. At the end of the course, the student will end up an empty hand based on scam or he or she will realise he is in a scam centre, and the false promises of accredited degrees are also another tactic to dig in your pocket. By the time you have paid fees, no one will answer your queries and emails.

I realise that the CEMP centre is the biggest scam centre in Europe; it gives misleading information to attract students and asks them to pay fees and advises them they will get a master’s degree from an accredited university. This is totally false and a scam.
I am warning prospective students to stay away from this CEMP centre and not fall into the scam.

I don't have the money that I have paid to this centre, and also, I don't have the accredited degree that I was promised at the enrolment time.
I am in the process of taking legal action against this scam centre to get my money refunded and seek compensation for the time I have wasted in this scam centre.

As a lifelong learner, I chose CEMP for my MSc in Cosmetic Science, something truly essential when it comes to cosmetic production in general. In today’s demanding world, online education genuinely brings knowledge closer to us. I have followed many academic programs, but this has been one of the best experiences of my life.

With my long working hours, this program was extremely helpful. I could study whenever I had time, at my own pace. The knowledge you gain is deep, practical, and truly meaningful.

I’ve been on the MSc Aesthetic Medicine course for almost 2 months now and I’ve loved it so far!

The pace is just right and the content and layout are excellent. The lectures are in depth and the lecturers allow for questions at the end which is always helpful. Dr Carlota Alonso’s lectures were excellent!

My tutor Rubén has been lovely and contacts me every couple of weeks to check in and the progress I’m making, and also to see if I have questions or need help which is great.

If I had one criticism it would be that there are a few spelling mistakes and some parts of the portal are in Spanish, but this is a VERY minor criticism and has not impacted my studies in anyway way.

The module is good well prepared And the teachers are good I am halfway of the Molecular Biology one .the application process was very straightforward.the tutor is good calls me regularly and checking about exams and assignments.the only thing is Only once I saw some body joining the online class other wise no one joins and there is no platforms or any way to have contact with other students.and it is a-bit feeling lonely.

1.Course material is not update according to new guidance.
2. communication was awful - candidate had to wait 2-3 weeks to get an reply for the emails .

3.Now since finishing the course - there are
discrepancies in providing certification ,
4.No hard copy was send to candidate and soft copy contains none signature /stamp.

Candidate has a feeling that CEMP is a scam.
I strongly feel that they might be paying to get positive reviews .
whoever is deciding to enroll them selves be needs to be more careful.

Dismal company. Signed up for a Master's and paid just under £10k. Their communication is a joke.
Without going into too much detail, I can only say that
I am a PhD and I have experience with online education in the UK. But this company is "different". Arrogant, unprofessional, SLOW. I deeply regret signing up with them.
