Promot and efficient service
I initially rang for some advice on setting up a waterbutt, aswell as preventing my downpipes getting filled with moss and debris. The information was very helpful and I later ordered a 1500 litre waterbutt and a Rainus downpipe leaf and moss separater. Three working days later the arrived, which is excellent considering they have come from very West Wales to Norwich, almost England's most eastern point. It is now installed and has already collected some water from a light shower of rain this morning.

Rainwater diverter
seen Rainwater diverter on line, ordered it and it was delivered with in a few days.
All equipment expected in box, easy to install, and it works, first heavy shower and the water butt was half full. Good product , everyone should fit one and use rainwater for the garden.

Website had excellent technical and product information; however, I didn't find reassuring statements on the privacy position for customer data. The courier service used allowed for telephone contact ahead of time which worked well. The package was all recyclable including the pallet. The item was delivered complete and without damage. The product is as good as the photo on the website (not always the case!) and we are very pleased with it!

Wonderful, simple device that works!
