Product purchased (rainwater harvesting valve) was delivered on time, and it’s an excellent product. Already actively now in use (except for diverting water from our bath / basin) as still awaiting a little rain.

Water butt taps
Had a problem with these taps as there was a lot if resistance on opening them. They were very quickly replaced with ones that worked. Good service and replacement taps work well.

Confusing pricing but pleased with product
Whilst I am really pleased with the water butt and the overall ordering and delivery processes from Celticwater.co.uk were good, I have given the company only a 3 star rating for one reason and that is for the confusion caused by offering the same water butt for £20 cheaper on their parent website, Celtic Sustainables. It would seem that whilst the product is cheaper, the delivery cost on that parent website is £20, whereas on Celticwater.co.uk delivery is free of charge but the product is £20 dearer! If, as I understand it, they are one and the same company, why make it so confusing for the customer!

CelticWater actively contacted me to confirm delivery options, and offered to try to deliver earlier given my constraints. Their logistics were good and everything arrived in great condition, well on-time. Assembly was straightforward, too, and looks good. We are up-and-running with 1600l of rainwater capture capacity in time for the Summer! Happy customer.
