Lee turns his phone on for few hours and then switches off. Not answering phone calls when phone is on nor not replying to texts. No response from sales office to numerous emails. Celcius Online defended homophobic and far-right supporting players of a facist nature against me who is a progressive player.

It is a malicious, fraudulent company and disrespectful of European laws regarding the protection of your data.

p.s : I lost my account for having had a personal conflict, outside of the game, with a player, in my private life for having insulted him when he was clearly homophobic.

I lost thousands of dollars. I only have messages of support from the community while the player insults me directly on their forums with complete impunity.

Don't spend anything with this studio! Run away !

I've been playing RK for 15 years and I can confidently say that this game has gotten worse and worse in recent years.The game is totally contaminated by cheating, no controls even though there are specific terms of use that prohibit the creation of clones. Role-playing is non-existent, no moderation in the forums which are flooded with shitposting, memes, haters and the worst you can find in any wild discussion on FB. The game system is abandoned to itself, no development or concrete improvements for years, the support service doesn't do its job. The only administrators' interest concerns stupid prize games (for a fee, obviously) that are unrelated to the RP. I would like to say that it is a pay-to-win game but it is much worse, it is a cheat-to-win game because if you don't create clones it is impossible to play for you. Due to this, in recent years many players have quit after decades, the community is now empty and mostly unpleasant people with obvious mental disorders remain. The hope of the remaining fair players is that Celsius Online will sell 100% of the product to a real online gaming company that seriously regulates and controls the game, which has enormous potential anyway. Until then, no one will spend a single penny on this very substandard product. Absolutely not recommended.

RK is a game that gets worse year after year, not for the game in se but for Celsius that lets paying cheaters bully on the others. Totally disappointed.

Impossible to play peacefully. They have a rule prohibiting the use of clones, but they let this be systematically violated and never intervene. It is a beautiful game that unfortunately with the neglect of the administrators is losing its charm. After 13 years of playing the game, I can say that today the only interest of the ownership is to sell as many premium packages as possible. The use of clones and cyberbullying are rampant. No control. No response to reports. In a word: they don't give a damn.

I played the game for 10 years, but i quit. Game is worse with every year. Tickets are useless, they never care about them. It has become a desperate pay2win game for the same old bullsh*t events. Yet, the worse is the cheating and clonning that happen with the blessing of the admins. Also, neverfixed bugs, useless updates, lack of logic and fair play. If you were thinking about starting playing this game, don`t. Find something else. Rk will close shop soon, cause clones don t pay.

Its a good game with potential but... They let it die... We were so happy when they start to kill cheaters... It was for little... The game know is full of cheaters... Admins friends with them... I am playing from 2008 ... I put one star because i see no respect from the Celsius... There are no rules any more... I am disappointed... I expect from the new company changes... If they make this game will have 5 stars

Before they imposed rules, sometimes with brutality, now on SK and NK they let things be done. A handful of opportunists, with clones, eliminate the characters who do not obey them. Between the attacks of armies and the lawsuits with sentences of several million monetary units, the condomnations to death for a trifle, the players who wanted to end in dignity are disgusted and let themselves die.

Celsuis Online cannot be trusted.

This game would be one of best if it would have owner who care about it. If something don`t go right you can make ticket what will be open years and years. At this moment game is full of cheaters and and all is based who manage burn enemys clones. Admins (if there is any left) are not doing them works. You might end to jail for investication but when they start check it will take weeks in some cases years. I payed long just because of game mates. I would not give even that 1 start but there is not option give 0

The game RK is phenomenal, but I give such a low rating solely because the rules of the game are not respected, which are not clearly set anyway. The staff and developers don't care about the players. Playing with multi clones is allowed, although it is actually prohibited by the rules of the game. This is abused in all possible ways and because of this the game becomes toxic, and the players who want a fair play game are disappointed. Administrators don't care. There is no support, sometimes you have to wait for months or even years to solve your problem or it never comes at all.
If Celsius changes its business policy and all players become equal, without playing with clones, the game could become interesting even for beginners.
Just a little effort and will is needed to make this game shine like a real star and get its place among the stars!

On Renaissance Kingdoms the Support is outright abusing lawful players, who spend a lot of money on the game. I'm playing it since 2013.
On the official Discord server, Moderators allow themselves to troll players, who cannot reply, for fear of being sanctioned.

The game takes place mainly on the forum, as in the game every action that aims at the conquest of other territories is thwarted by the continuous unjustified interventions of the Support itself.
The most ridiculous intervention by the Staff was to automatically hand over the management of a Country to a group of users, taking it away by force from those who had legitimately conquered it.

Checks and checks have been done on a large organization of players from various different Countries of the game and no bots have been found. Despite this, its armies were forcibly disbanded from staff to allow the turkish and their bot-farms to take back the lands legitimately conquered by this organization.

There are no clearly written rules anywhere. Each case is examined on its own by the Staff, without giving any explanation in case of punishment. In some cases, tickets stay in "Open" status for weeks. I have a ticket opened by 5 years.
The webgame is full of annoying bugs that have been around for years and have never been fixed. The app benefits those who use it to the detriment of those who cannot. The app it's also used to forage bots quickly, by allow to work with "Energy" (instead of time, as for the web version) and farm up resources quickly.

My character has been in Spiritual Retirement for a couple of months but despite this, my character was forcibly removed by the Staff (without any notification: I've been noticed by a friend) in order to be tried for things that happened when I was already in Spiritual Retirement. The same happened for some other people who never took any action. The ticket opened against this abuse has been ignored.

I wonder how could Celsius-Online allow this kind of things. It's clear there is something wrong on the organization of the Staff itself and i can tell this, as I've been member of the staff of some browsergames.

They have an interesting game with a supportive community, but they really need more tools to control the whole game.

This is such a hard game to review. I've played for 15 years, I've had some amazing times. The best thing about it is the players, who can be kind and whose creativity can really shine. But it is a shadow of what this game could/should have been, and it physically hurts to see the lost potential. Player numbers declined sharply some years ago, with most towns never recovering. The gameplay and graphics are straight out of 2013. The app is buggy, and the only ways to earn good money through it are playing one of three extremely repetitve minigames up to 11 times in a row, with one new replay building up per hour. The game has had little deep and meaningful new content in over a decade. There have been the occasional additions, like sailing, but they are too little fleshed out, and are usually quickly abandoned from further development. Tickets are slow to answer. Forums are clunky. Almost all new content are cosemetics and pay to win skill upgrade items, most of which invalidate the in game trades and make them redundant. Why weave clothes, when the game offers a hundred far prettier outfits for real world money? Most games you will expect to pay around £90 real world money for the top prizes, hidden behind deceiptive gambling mechanics, including an actual fruit machine in a game marketed to children 12+, and these games come about every 6-8 weeks. Some outfits are straight out stolen, such as the art work for a dress of Cersei Lannister and Peter Baelish. The economy is utterly and completely broken. Pay to win games will spit you out £10,000 in a go, in in game money, which would take you two years working every day to earn doing a daily in game trip in the mines to get. The only way to be king, have a fleet, or compete in any meaningful way, is to pay out more real world cash than the other guy. I'm sad I cannot review higher, but this is a truthful reflection of my feelings and experiences of the game.

The only game that i did play and see that developers and admins they care only about the number of players and they take 0 measures against BUGS and CHEATING ... they have 0 respect for players - no answer for months on tickets for support ! Do not play it !

Presence of clones - game breaking bugs continue for months sometimes years.
Incredibly poor customer service and support.
0 contact and communication from admins.
Stay away and spend your money and time and energy somewhere else.

There are many cheater clone maker players in this game. If that's not enough, admins and developers prefer these players. The players are not treated equally at all. It's rare to see developers and administrators at work. This is perfectly visible when the player approaches them with a problem. The indifference of game operators and administrators is visible every day. They don't really care about the players' gaming experience. Anyone can attest to that. Honestly, the developers of the game don't even deserve a star, but if I didn't give them a star, I wouldn't be able to write a review here.

Total absence of an anti-cheating system.
Total absence of clear rules.
Total absence on the part of the administrators to respond to community issues.
They have completely abandoned their users and are already closing some of their historical games, after having left them in abandonment for years (but pocketing the money from the microtransitions).
