My product that I wanted refunded was…

My product that I wanted refunded was refused pickup at the address I was Emailed to send it to. I have been trying to find out from Cellunax/Naurozen (I have put in Naurozen as this is where the money I paid went to) why my refunded parcel was REFUSED pickup from their address as given to me by Cellunax. They have refused to take responsibility and will not allow me to send it back to them with FREE POSTAGE. Instead they have offered me their standard reply when someone returns their product. Their standard reply is to offer 40% (GOODWILL REFUND) if I keep the product and do not return patches as I am asking to do. I have repeatly said I am not interested in accepting this GOODWILL REFUND. I want my 119.96 put back into my account. I have sent another email hoping they will honour their commitment as this parcel was sent as required by their Terms and Conditions

After one month of using Cellunax

After one month of using Cellunax . I feel lighter and more energetic my digestion also seems better . it's a helpful addition though consistent diet and excersice are still essential.
