Easy to handle and complete the transaction. No hassle.

Couldn't have been easier or worked more smoothly. Cellmefree identified option for me that offered me the best price. Actual transaction to get rid of my phone was easy ... they sent me prepaid package - I mailed them the phone - and they sent me a check - at the price quoted. Definitely the way to go.

Was offered the highest price and received quick payment!

Have not received check for it yet. Also haven't heard anything about michaels 4s phone

The worst experience ever, they ignored the email instructions from CellMeFree regarding the PayPal email address to use and sent the money to the wrong one that has not been used for about 9 years and is associated with my details when I lived in the UK, I have lived in the USA for over 9 years now. I emailed We Buy Mobile to tell them of the error and I had no away of accessing the money as I no longer have a bank or credit card for the UK, they never bothered to respond. I ended up trying to sort their error for 2 days with PayPal. PayPal finally transferred the money for me but in the process I ended up losing money. I will definitely not be recommending We Buy Mobile and I for one will not be using them in the future!

I had a great experience throughout the whole process I was paid as soon as they inspected the item I was paid immediately I will definitely do business again.

I must say they quoted me at $137 for my Galaxy S4 and about 10 days later I received my check for exactly $137. Needless to say, I was pleased. The only negative was that I had to wait 10 days to get paid when on their site it states that payment would be issued no later than 72 hours of receiving unit. Other than that, I definitely would recommend them to my friends.

I've used other buyers of used cell phones, but none are easier to deal with. I also got a better price from CELLMEFREE. They are my first choice for future phones.

I found CELLMEFREE on the internet, and after reviewing other sites decided to give them my business. From beginning to end everything was easy, and more importantly, just as they said it would be. Based upon the description of my old phone they gave me a "ball park" price. Once they knew I was serious about dealing with them a mailing packet with instructions was sent to me along with a pre paid UPS shipping label. Shortly thereafter, I received my check for the agreed upon price.
CELLMEFREE is a no hassle, no nonsense company, and the ONLY company I would ever consider reselling any of my media to.

I had sent in my 2 phones 2 weeks before New Years and I was told ny a letter that I will get my check within 72 hours it has been more than 72 hours I still haven't received my check i'm not happy about this

Can tell you how easy this was- from online estimate until I got my envelope and mailed it back to receiving my check. Best way to recycle phones for cash

Two of my transaction went without issue but the phone I was expecting the larges check was much shorter and no explanation given. That was a big bummer.

well I wasn't sure about doing this. After all I have read a lot of bad stuff. About places like this. An I almost went with one company until I read there remarks. The. I found this one. And saw they were with the BBB. So I figured. They wouldn't want to mess up there rating. So I gave it a try. It did take a few weeks. But I got my check today an it was for the amount I was quoted and I'm very happy. So. I will recommend this company to anyone. Ty webuymobile. 100% great job!! A++

Selling my phone was so easy and I received my check in the mail within a few weeks. I would and have recommended this site to all my friends. I will definately use again.

Many rude things have happened to me since I ordered a cell phone through this website.
1.) When my transaction did not go through I was sent several horrible emails with profanity accusing me of using a credit card that was not mine.
2.) I needed to return a phone. I was assured by the owner and several people in the company that they would send me a return label. Its been a month now they won't return my calls/emails and I still have not been able to return a phone.
3.) so I finally got a return label I month later!!! apparently the CEO, of cell me free, emailed it to me. why could he not just do that to begin with. All tell you why, they must work with other dealers cause cellmefree told me they kept trying to get my return label from market mobility.
4.) so I RETURNED the phone. I had to contact them again for the 100th time to follow up. They told me they would cut me a check. I asked them why they could not just return it to my credit card. Next thing I know I got an email from cell me free saying that they credited my account. There is no such transaction on my bank account.

This has been a 1-1/2 month ordeal, and it's still not over. I have reported them to the BBB and CFPB!!!!!!

The Iphone was very good but I had some problems with the delivery with USPS.
