I ordered 2 eyeshadows with an offer of getting 3rd free.
They not only didn't send the free one but one of the 2 I ordered was in bits in the box.
I complained and it went on for weeks.
They would not honour the free .
Total scam of a company .
So people be warned do not order from them they are a nightmare to deal with.
TOTAL SCAMMERS.

Scam company, that’s if it is a company at all
Ordered stuff and tried to cancel an hour later when they tried to charge taxes on top.
They said my order had already been packed and placed for shipping, no way, no goods received after 11 months now. Just replies to emails saying they’re not open.
Sent me fake tracking details which were for someone else’s address
And yet they still advertise on FACEBOOK.
Just a lesson learned, don’t buy anything advertised on Facebook.

If I could rated with zero stars I would. I ordered clothes And never came. And they will never give me my money back. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Ordered a present from this company to send to my friend as a present. NOT received anything, sent several emails to which they have NOT replied. Suggest they refund my money. Please avoid this company.

I ordered from here - didn't get my items. Asked for a refund. They lied saying they will process the refund and it will be back in my account in 10-15 business days. It has been 3 months and still nothing back! I have emailed and emailed and no reply.
DO NOT buy anything from here. Horrible scammers!

I ordered 3 eye shadows from this company and they have sent me all the same colours. Contacted them , to be told my order was correct!!! Customer service is absolutely shocking, will never order again, and would certainly not recommend. Very disappointed.

received my items, 2 were okthe third was just dust and had leaked all over the package. cant even find an emailt send photos

I was so looking forward to receiving my eyeshadows, but absolutely discusted package was damaged all eyeshadow turned to dust, to top it all I had brand new pj's on and I went all over them, very disappointing

Wish i could give this company no stars.
I placed my order in June 2022 and have been constantly chasing. The reply i kept getting was please be patient!
I requested a refund 8 weeks ago as still haven't received my order, once again they asked me to be patient while processing my refund. To date, i have received nothing from them. Please avoid this site. i wish i had read these reviews before placing my order.

Oh god, I read positive reviews on Facebook. Completely remiss of me not to look at Trustpilot until after. Lesson learned I guess.

This is the response I got from "Customer Service" today, after I requested to return two dresses for a full refund, due to them not being as described, not fit for purpose and dreadfully made.

"Thanks for your great support and the pictures.
But as our warehouse checked, the size they sent to you is correct according to your order.

So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others as a gift?
They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years.
Any inconvenience hope to get your kind understanding.

Celinous offered me £4 reduction with the suggestion of passing the dresses to a family member or friend as a gift. The dresses were nearly £20 each (bought two), so I said no, I wanted a full refund. The response was that they would give me a full refund once I returned the dresses - the address to send them to is in China and it costs around £20 to send them.

I then contacted my credit card company (completely forgot I had paid by credit card) and went through the credit card company's procedure to be refunded for goods which were not fit for purpose.

I got an email from Celinous offering me a £20 refund (plus I could keep the dresses!!) on the same day that my credit card company refunded me the entire amount I had spent.

I don't know what the credit card companies do to reclaim their money from companies like Celinous, but I'm happy with the result.

Lesson learned. In future anything you order online, pay with a credit card!

Wish I too had read reviews before ordering! I ordered a summer dress £18.99, not the cheapest but looked good in the picture. Took about 3 weeks to arrive, although I did get updates on delivery. Material is....well I'm not sure, but not nice. No label inside to inform of material or washing instructions! Messaged for refund and the response was 'the item is correct according to my order. Will it be possible to give to others? They can offer £3 compensation which they hope I can accept!!'

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY is my advice.

Do not order from this company there is no way you can return anything or get a refund even if the product is faulty.
The dress I ordered even had a hole in it, I was told to sew it up.

The dress I ordered looked lovely but in fact is very poor quality fabric. There’s no chance of a refund...the company denies the poor quality and suggests I give the item away if it doesn’t fit me ! Could even use it for dusters as the fabric is so bad !

I ordered a dress from Celinous, it took ages to arrive, and when it did, it is not fit for purpose!
The fabric is made of some sort of plastic-type polyester
I emailed them to say I wanted a refund, and they offered me £5.00!!
I expressed this was not acceptable, but have not received a reply,
I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered the dress.
Do not waste your money by ordering any of their items! Obvoiusly the quality of everything they sell is absolute rubbish!

AVOID! It's a SCAM! Bought a hair comb straightener for £19.99 paid TAX on top and is a rubbish bit if plastic that doesn't work!!! When emailed them I got an offer of £6 refund!!! They don't reply to my emails at all. Disgusting!!! Should be stopped from trading in UK!!

Only gave 1 star so I could write this ....DO NOT BUY FROM TBIS COMPANY ...I was overcharged for the item I bought ...

Just some advice for those who've been scammed by this clown of a company... check your bank account, you may have been scammed even further by Celinous, by them taking more money than they should have! This has happened to many, including me. Contact your bank, explain that the product you purchased is nothing like the one advertised, and that it doesn't work, and if you've been overcharged, Celinous have committed FRAUD, and your bank should refund every penny to you! Never mind sending the item back to China, at your expense, go through your bank, they are committing fraud and the 'company' needs closing down!
