Scam

On June 8, 2025, me and my siter went to Women's Show in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. We were introduced by a guy named Adam about this magic Celestolite Estrella Anti-Wrinkle Syringe. He tried under our eyes and hold a mini blow dryer to speed up the drying time. Then he told us this magic cream cannot be bought anywhere else and he could give us a good price, CAN$300 we paid each. When I got home, I found out amazon.ca is selling it for $76.99 each. What a scam!

Terrible customer service

I purchased the cosmic enhancing alpha filler eye serum in Vero Beach last Feb. Suddenly, the mechanism to release the serum is not working. I contacted the maker and they said they cannot help - I need to contact the store where I purchased it - for $300- but the store is closed until the fall. The manufacturer still says they cannot help. Now what?

My eyelids are literally peeling in sheets.

I was offered this product at like 500 but did some research and found it for 60 on Amazon.... Used it 3xs and the skin on my eyelids are literally peeling in sheets. Not sure what's in it but it's done a number on my eyes. They look worse than the depuffing I was trying to get rid of 🤦‍♀️

I found this company to be connected to…

I found this company to be connected to another “shell" company called Mazal group to the company i purchased from called Bee & co at the distillery district in Toronto where i purchased a product for $300 only to discover when i got home that tbe box was empty. Clearly this is some kind of international fraud because I’m in Canada and these reviews are from the UK. ALL three of the sites are totally fake. Something this organized might be for more than just money. May be fronts or acquiring funds for terrorism. I work for a bank. This kind of thing is a huge problem. I don’t know if this is something I take to the police or the fraud team I work with.

booth at our local county fair

They had a booth at our local county fair, the lady was putting this "plant stem cell" cream under my left eye, it did tingle some and felt like it was tightening up.
She went on and on about this package deal normally $500, I could get it half price but only that day. I told her I had to discuss with my husband as that is a lot of money, I walked over to my husband and he said "what happened to your eye, it's red and looks swollen?!" Not sure what this snake oil is they are trying to peddle, but don't fall for it!

Total hard sell scam - don’t fall for it!

Total hard sell scam. I can’t believe I fell for it, but I was jet lagged and at the end of a holiday shopping trip. I usually walk by these people with a quick no thank you. I’m trained in sales and literally had an out of body experience watching the whole thing go down. It was truly surreal, the sales guy being incredibly slick.

They put the receipt in your bag and explicitly do NOT tell you no returns. My eyes did look great after he applied it but as soon as I got home they looked worse!! Seriously. Don’t fall for it.
My Sephora eye cream is much better and they take no questions asked returns if dissatisfied.

I immediately returned to the store and got in an argument with him and his horrible lady door person who was clearly there to act as the pretty pit bull. He claimed he would email corporate and CC me which I knew was BS. He claimed their credit card machine didn’t take returns. Also total BS. Never got a reply and he wouldn’t let me see what he was typing.
Purchased at Esthetix in Palm Desert, California. I’m going to make a complaint to the city chamber of commerce, the BBB and my credit card company About fraudulently misrepresenting their product as “medical grade, FDA approved.” Leon is as sleezy as they come and very very good at selling snake oil.

Wish I had googled it but as I mentioned, I was in a daze. The guy had serious hypnotism skills, for real. Any company worth their weight takes returns for poor products. Clearly no integrity on the front or back end. I still can’t believe I got caught up.

They are in the states now

They are in the states now. I encountered a kiosk in the Paramus Park mall last night. They stopped me and started putting all these creams on my eye. they wanted me to purchase products to the tune of $250 which I declined. I told him flat out I am under no circumstance is going to make a purchase as I am Christmas shopping for others this evening. They started to drop the price which I flatly refused and walked away. About an hour later I went to use the restroom and noticed my eye where they apply the cream actually looks worse! Not a good product not a good company.

Worked like magic even my husband was fooled. What they put on your face is not the same as what is in the bottles you purchase. It did work when I was in the store and my husband could not believe the difference and said we should try it. Well it hasn't worked like that again total rip off and this company should be shut down for fraud. I'm getting my creams tested to see what really is in them. Shame on you we work hard for our money and shame on me for falling for it...

Very disappointed

I didn't want to give the Mars Wrinkle Correcting Solution even 1 star, but you couldn't leave a review without giving it at least 1 star. I spent $350 in Nov, 2021 when I purchased this product at a local art's and craft's show. The bags under my eyes have always bothered me so after talking to the rep that was at their display I decided to try it. I was told to apply the solution once a week at bedtime under my eyes and to wash it off the following morning. She said that the amount of solution in the container would last a year and that using it once a week for a year would allow the muscles under my eyes to have muscle recognition. That after using the solution for that year the muscles would be used to contracting and that it would continue to do that for a couple of years and then you would have to purchase the solution again. The only thing it did was tighten the skin under my eyes within a few minutes of applying it, but in the morning when you wash it off it was back to being bags under my eyes again. This product is a joke. I hate that I actually believed something might work and that I got ripped off. I did exactly as she told me to do and then the solution did absolutely nothing to help my bags under my eyes. The solution only lasted about 6 months not the year that I was told. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. TOTAL RIP OFF. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Wish I could get my money back from this company.

Do not buy I’m surprised Westfield has allowed this company to work in their premises. The gel and cleansing milk it the same as any bog standard cheap cream.. when you purchase any item they put the receipt in to the bag which states no returns so make sure not to have over anything when I tried to return it the next day they pointed this out.. very sly the ways it’s done.. I wouldnt bother

It doesn't deserve even 1 star

It doesn't deserve even 1 star. I bought it in Westfild Stratford. The start to say that the peeling gel costs more than 200 but they give it to me for 120. Then when I started to say that is too much for one peeling they said they give it with 59 pounds just for me. I was so fed up to listen him for half hour that I bought it. In the end they gave me the bill where was just 60 pounds written, not the name of product or the discount they done, nothing.

The best skin care product I ever bought. A few weeks ago I was approached by a wonderful lady in Westfield London and I was introduced to their La Sidore peeling gel. I am using it every week since then and so far I am very happy with the result . I can really see an improvement on my skin. I definitely recommend it .

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. I originally went their Beauty Salon in Kensington they were doing a special offer via Facebook . I had it done it ok and next thing they had their sales team telling me I had skin of 70 year old and then suggested their Venus freeze 5 sessions . I said can’t afford it long story short they said it would last a year and arranged credit different amount to what was arranged..I had 5 sessions didn’t make an iota of difference cost over a grand what an idiot….,I was also offered free cosmetics as part Of the deal but they were charging me 150 quid for couple of items and adding to my credit. I was conned I complained and they just put a default on my account and now branch closed down. Company are now selling their useless products down Westfields.
