The Celsius community has allowed me to truly unbank myself. I have been a member for over a year and each day brings more conviction. It is the only company where the CEO and co-founder are a member of the community. Alex Mashinsky holds weekly AMA meetings on youtube and puts it all out there for us to be up to date and see what the company is doing. Each week they continue to grow and improve. I have taken out multiple loans successfully and earn weekly rewards by holding my crypto with Celsius. I recommend joining a weekly Friday AMA to see for yourself but the community is strong and the future is unlimited.

Celsius Network is the only company that has a call center where you can call and get help immediately. Their customer support is excellent - I have been helped on all of my email requests in a great timely manner, comparing to the other similar crypto companies, I still have emails from 2-3 months not resolved, no responds... One of the main reasons why I keep my crypto assets with Celsius Network is the security they provide, this is a must, and they take it very seriously.

I couldn't even trust them to use their services for long.
Their customer service is a joke, typical overuse of pre-made answers by bots.
I sent an email with all the info about my issue and their reply is a vague "try again in 24h" (NOT THE SOLUTION BTW, problem still occurs).

Customer for 1+ year. Lack of transparency and poor support

Celcius keeps disappointing me on withdrawals it’s been 3 months now with no success on my withdrawals. My house rent was due and my landlord has been sending me letters plus I need money for Christmas. I really hate it that I had to make withdrawals from my Multiplequest.online healthcare investment account to cover my bills. I hope Celcius does something about this I’m sad now I have to reinvest in multiplequest healthcare plan again afresh because Celcius delayed. Do something about this or Multiplequest will take all of your clients.

For more than a month I am trying to find a solution to deactivate hodl mode. First tickets opened were marked solved out of nowhere, following that I provided all the required documents, some were not accepted for no apparent reason and for the rest of the tickets they just stopped replying. Meanwhile, my funds are locked in their platform. One of the worst support I have ever encountered. And the rates themselves are not the highest by any means. Just stay away of this platform if you are not looking for frustration, plenty of other good choices out there!

I have used celsius for storage of my crypto and it gives high interestrates!

At first I was impressed. Easy to use. Getting my interest etc…. Then money goes disappearing in a transaction and you find out Customer Service is NON caring or proactive. This is why I love SWFTX. Live help and fixed within 3 hours. I’d rather not earn interest than deal with Celcius stealing your Crypto. …. You will get ticket numbers after ticket numbers, then after promising you to find your funds within 45 days. They keep replying with requiring another 24hrs. It’s been 55 days now. I gave them all the addresses and proof of them receiving my funds. Still no help. This Crypto has increased 335% and they won’t give me any interest I’ve lost along the way. They just don’t seem to care. It might not be a large amount to them but to us. It’s our life! The anxiety n stress it has caused is high.
After reading the terms and conditions. THEY HOLD NO LIABILITY AT ALL. No security or insurance for your funds. You are open to losing everything without any legal help what so ever. Time for me to transfer all my funds out now into a higher secure wallet. Or an exchange with better customer existence.

Celsius CS admitted a mistake, solved a major issue, and even reopened a Promo code program for me, as I explained to them that there was a mistake in the description. Do you know any company that does that for its clients?

I deposited into a wallet with the transaction ( the transaction was complete in the correct wallet)...no reply via twiiter, email or on the Youtube AMA. What's my conclusion? Well, I deposited the amount and it never appeared, they didn't reply and I don't have my coins and have no way of retrieving my funds.

The product and the website are fine, but the support function is a joke.
Only thing I'm getting is an automated email, no one talks about the real issue, waiting for 4-5 days to get my initial email answered. If you have a serious problem only thing you can do is wait and hope they respond before it is too late. Unfortunately this is not how the owner Alex Mashinsky makes it sound in his interviews

Although I like Celsius as a company, and appreciate their services, I have tried to use their promotional codes twice and have still never been rewarded either. For the first reward, I initiated the service that promised the reward, but was told afterwards that the coins could not be rewarded because, apparently, the offer was not available in the country of my residency (UK) . With the other reward, Celsius admitted they had made a mistake, and promised to rectify the account. I have had 10 email exchanges over a period of 9 months since date. Celsius is polite and keeps telling me to be patient but 9 months, to simply re-add tokens to the account does seem an unusually long time to be placed in waiting for any problem to be fixed

I have transfered 100,50 eur for the first time to celsius to buy usd coin.

They said 0,5 eur was "the fee".
BUT 100 eur = (around) 117 usd coins and I only received 109,44 usd coins!

Since 109 usd coins = 92 eur, that's 8% fees! It's incredibly high, and this is why I won't use their plateform on regular basis.

They say that they charge $2.99 for 100 eur, but it's a lie. It's basically a scam, and they know it.

I saw that they use a false exchange rate in their favor to get more money from customers. They seem to do that with all the coins.

Sure, a lot of business do the same. But they never become the best, because they don't have the customers' best interest at heart. A shame.

Tried to open an account and wire money but they never sent the verification code. I tried over and over. Their support system is a joke. They have an automated chat and said to wait at least 10 minutes. I did that. Nothing. No support. Can't give them my money. Tried Voyager, they sent the code right away but then when I tried wiring money they said that they did not work with the bank I was using, even though it's on their list. Wells Fargo! Their support system is also a joke. Get your act together people.

If you are into crypto investment while you are HODLing your crypto, this is the way you can earn additional interest. Things I like are:

- Cel pay, you can simply pay your friends instantly
- Paid weekly (Monday)
