Couldn't be happier with the way my hair feels + looks since using Cel shampoo and conditioner. My hair is naturally fine which was thinning rapidly however since using Cel products my hair is growing thicker and people are commenting how good it looks. Would recommend Cel any day + also has my sister using these products since she's been losing a lot of hair through stress 😩

Terrible customer service
I have tried logging in, tells me to use valid details. I have tried Forgot my password, no email received with instructions on resetting. I have emailed twice, no response. I want to cancel my subscription due to these issues.
Update: I have tried every way to contact Cel with no response. I have now cancelled them via Paypal. Don't deal with this company!

Poor customer service if you want to cancel.
Nice shampoo and conditioner but no benefits to me as to thicker hair or less loss. Have emailed twice now to cancel my subscription with no response.

Really like the newer products but…
Really like the newer products but would prefer an opportunity to order more conditioner in my monthly order vs the 1 to 1 set up it is now . . . Example: 1 shampoo to 2 conditioners. I am not necessarily seeing the new hair growth I was hoping for either but I am seeing less hair loss.

Started Using Cel due to hairloss
Started Using Cel due to hairloss, my hair has started falling out faster that it ever did on my previous product (which I am now back on) and my sculp started to form small boils and itching. Cancelled my subscription through the website over a week ago following their instructions under the Cel FAQ page. They have not cancelled my subscription, when i called the number to speak to Customer services the line did not connect as it apparently doesn't exist. I have emailed to cancel, no one has responded to my emails, they have dispatched products which are now in transit - have requested a return label in line with their guidelines but heard nothing. Cel has been one of the worst decisions I have made in the last year.

Product is excellent but one big drawback
I have used this product and reordered several times as very impressed. However I don’t use conditioner at the same rate as the shampoo. Please make two bottles of shampoo an option instead of one of each. Until you do I won’t be continuing to stock pile the conditioners. Thank you

I have been using Cel shampoo and conditioner for several months now. Ordering products was easy and no problems occurred with the delivery.
On first sight the product containers seem very small and thought I had been shortchanged. In fact only a small amount of product is required each time used.
I was not sure if my hair looked any different but when I visited a friend, who I had not seen for a few months, she soon commented on my hair looking thicker and healthier.

I have been using Cel for a few months
I have been using Cel for a few months. My hair is very fine and it is now fuller and easier to manage. My hairdresser was impressed with the thickness/fullness of my hair. My slowly developing bald patch was less evident. Love the pump bottles as I have rheumatoid arthritis and no longer able to squeeze products from normal bottles.

I have used CEL for about 6 to 8 months…
I have used CEL for about 6 to 8 months and can see and feel a definite improvement in the thickness of my hair. I have fine hair to begin with and did not want to lose any more hair. I have not and I will continue to use this product. It is the only one I have found that works.
