I never received a receipt of payment nor did I get an invoice. The fan arrived quickly so I didn't question anything. Worked about 3 times then something went wrong and the fan kept tripping our electricity. Now they will not take the item back. Spent nearly £300 on this junk that doesn't work. Don't buy from them.

Contacted customer services in June and after sending through proof of purchase and a video of the problem they said they would see if they had another motor as it was a bearing issue and would get back to me. Nothing since, emails now ignored, phone line does not work. Trying to work out how to take to small claims, however looks complicated as it is actually a Spanish company!

Therefore, you would expect it to be posted from the UK.
They are in Spain which isn't an issue due to the fast delivery times.
I had my fan installed by an electrician who noticed that the light in the fan wouldn't go off completely when switched off at the wall.
All earth & live connections were checked & all OK.
The light was installed in the bedroom & had a dim glow once switched off.
You have to join a Whatsapp group to try & get some kind of customer service which was dire to say the least
No customer service what so ever.
No help with trying to solve the issue with the glowing light.
The fan works well but I had to have the plugin light connector disconnected so that he glowing light doesn't keep us awake.
Not impressed I'm afraid.

My critiscism is that the installation instructions are in Spanish, even though the title page has English translation, the text inside the booklet does not.

We ordered a lamp to add to a CasaFan ceiling fan. The order was accepted but then later withdrawn because I hadn’t bought the fan from them. I bought it somewhere else.
Great company to deal with! Had import charges to pay, contacted Ceiling Fan by e mail on a Saturday & the chargers were paid by Saturday evening, very prompt.
Fan arrived on schedule, was expecting a chrome extension rod but the one sent was black. As the blades were black that was no problem at all, When the electricians put the fan together, the screw cover for the top screws (bracket going into the ceiling) wouldn't fit however that was no real drama, I didn't notice until it was pointed out to me.
The fan looks stylish and has been a real talking point.
Aside from the fan looking great, a small locking pin was missing from the original package but the guys sent the missing part by courier immediately. Very impressed.

Ordered a fan in December and it wasn't sent out until January. This fan was held at the delivery warehouse for months. I asked for a refund but company wouldn't do this as I hadn't sent the fan back, but I had never received it so how can I send back.Eventually the company agreed to send a replacement and acted like they were doing me a favour. Eventually in June UPS tried to deliver our fan but wanted us to pay nearly £50. Having already waited 6 months and the incredibly awful customer service we received we told them to send it back. I contacted the company and received the most threatening rude emails in return. I am now in a position where I have no fan and am over £100 out of pocket. I have had to buy another fan elsewhere. I am sure that the company will answer this feedback and make excuses and blame it on me. I am also sure that they will ask me to revoke this feedback and they will sort it out. But I know this isn't the case all I wanted is a refund for an item that I never received which they won't give me. So steer clear as if there is a problem you will not be helped.

Great price, very good to deal with. I see one or two people have complained about paying import charges but if the courier sends an invoice just contact these guys via email and in my experience they will resolve this straight away, so nothing extra to pay. Could not have been easier.
Not installed as yet , as am taking it abroad.
Customer service was excellent, did received it in the time schedule.
Efficient and friendly staff. I had a query which was resolved immediately.
Found a very nice fan on the website at a good price. Did lots of research on it to make sure it would be right for us. Ordered and payed for it. Got an email to confirm the order and payment had been accepted, then about an hour later got another email to say they had cancelled the order as they'ed got the price wrong,
'Sorry for the inconvenience'. What a waste of time. I was not happy.
I also found that this is not a uk based company.
