Very bad tech support

Very bad tech support
I sent a message by the website asking information about a specific course that I'm very interested on, they never answer my question (to send this message the website ask for my email). I waited for weeks and I never get ans answer for my question, just classic promotion emails. Then I tried to chat with somebody on the website. The chat was shown as Online, I waited for more than 40 mins and nobody answer. As I'm very interested on a specific course, I purchase it. Hours after the payment, I have not received a confirmation about the payment or the course. It sounds as stolen money.
