Rip off price increases
Having been a loyal customer for years I was horrified today to be charged £60 for a 45 minute massage which was only £45 last month?! Completely unethical to raise prices over 30%. The staff member had zero interest and said we were ‘just going round in circles’ when i explained how unhappy customers will be about huge price increases they aren’t told about. She said emails have been sent but I’ve not had one. Avoid this chain. My experience was in shipston but the prices must be the same across all branches. Such a shame when business destroy their customers trust. Going out of business will be the likely outcome
