Compared to the other big online chinese shop, this one seems to deliver a lot quicker. Really uncomplicated comunication with the customer support, also in German.
I got a fantastic phone which is not available here in Europe and it works impecably.
I will consider this option over TSZ for my next order.

Paid ~£600 at the start of January via Bank transfer (as stated on the company website) and they have denied receipt of the funds. I am commencing legal action now. Failed to provide any support.

Very good Customers Service, immidiate and helpful responses! Not getting the full 5-stars, because my phone still did not arrive after 4 weeks. May not be the fault of this shop, but still worth noticing. Regards, Max

I've ordered from them several times and the accuracy of their website as far as features of the product and status of stock is great. They process your order within a few days of you placing it and their shipping service has has always been quick, at least to the western portion of the USA. I will continue to do business with them when ever they have a device I wish to purchase.

I'd highly recommend your shop (CECT-SHOP) to others as you provided a very customer centric, professional and speedy service and great post-sales customer services:
* You processed the order immediately
* Your shipment is quick (DHL) and reasonably priced (GoodEReader charged twice your price and I never received the phone from them after two and half months)
* The info in your email provides the customer clear and detailed info to set up the delivery expectation
* The tracking process confirmed your info are accurate
* You welcomed customer to contact you after receiving the order and your staff responded timely with helpful info.

The order was handled promptly and status / tracking information was provided, we twice needed to provide order details to customs via DHL, first for Hong Kong (for export cerificate) and again for arrival into the EU.

Hisense A5 Pro CC: Arrived early. According to the physical Device Checklist in the box, CECT-SHOP validated SIM functionality with a test call, nearly all hardware and sensor functions, like battery charging, mic, head phone jack, etc. For this phone, the extra step in quality assurance is quite assuring. I still checked the functions and was able to set up my own SIM the following morning at T-Mobile. Would recommend this retailer and their quality by my first experience.
