I have been to postnord 2 times to get my package but they said to me that they didn’t receive my package from your company.
I have contacted your company 2-3 times on email but they couldn’t help me at all and didn’t understand that I could not receive my package.
I want my money back

Title: Terrible Experience - No Mirror, No Customer Support
I ordered a mirror on September 29th, and it's now the end of October, and I still haven't received it. Not only has my product not arrived, but the customer support has been incredibly unhelpful. When I reached out to them, they took an agonizing four days to respond, only to claim that the mirror was already delivered.
I contacted the delivery company, and they washed their hands of the issue, insisting that it's not their problem and I should contact the website I ordered from. This whole experience has left me wondering if I've been scammed. It's beyond frustrating, and I would caution anyone thinking about purchasing from this site to think twice. Terrible customer service and no sign of my mirror after more than a month. Buyer beware!

Made an order through the website from a seller in Germany (Global Made UG), and when the package got to Denmark it was empty as per the weight discrepancy logged in the system (German courier logged as 2.5 kg, PostNord logged as 10g). I refused to receive it and returned the package, and filed a claim for my money back. The seller is not cooperating and is waiting on his courier service's investigating the matter, and CDON do not have a customer service nor do they offer any support in this matter. Treat this website as just a collection of random sellers with no guarantee whatsoever

I use the page quite often lately and never was disappointed

My order was sent only after 4 days. While the sender sent me the wrong order, so a bunch of time down the drain to not get what i payed for.

I have been receiving email reminders from your website stating that I need to pick up my packages at the Danish delivery company, PostNord. However, I have not received any code or specific address indicating where to pick them up. I have been unable to reach your customer service through both written correspondence and phone calls.

This situation appears very strange and unprofessional. I sincerely hope that you will address and resolve this issue promptly by contacting me. Otherwise, I may be inclined to consider this as some kind of business scam.

I have ordered via CDON a supplement on 13th od August. As per today-1 month later no clue from the parcel. Their customer service is sending the same answer that they will contact the supplier but no result. The amount has been debited from my account long time ago....

Although I have written more than 10 times about the rest of my refund, they keep ignoring my mails and once in a while write med that the case has been solved and will be closed. I purchased smth faulty from vendor Segenn, and they sent me one part of the refund and the 600 DKR from Cdon is still missing. Even Segenn has written them with no reply. That is below acceptable nor appropriate to leave a client hanging and I still need my full refund Cdon! It’s been MONTHS, half a year now.

I didn't buy anything yet but I give 5star to high light it. When I proceed to buy and get on the details they are asking me to give them my CPR number.. it's strange ,I did alot of online shopping but never anyone asked me my CPR number. So question is that is it's happened to anyone else or what are their experience?

Shambles of a service, order for 18.000kr, and waiting for refund, multiple emails sent no reply. Do NOT USE TIS S**T SITE. BE WARNED SCAM AND SPAM. if my refund is back into my account by the end today 19/07/23 i will update this review to be a little more forgiving.

Never received the package and haven't got a refund, even though I have written many times. It has now been more than 6 months. What a scam.

When something goes wrong there is no help. I have received wrong order. I can get no status on when I will receive the right one and answer rate is really poor.
