Despite an expected deliverydate on 18/02/2025 i have still not recieved my product. Tracking ID says the product is not shipped yet.
There has been no communication on CDON's initiative in terms of new delivery date. When i tried reaching out for a new deliverydate/status, customer service straight up refuse to aknowledge any problem.
At this point i have no expectation of even receiving my product, and tbh i am too demotivated to even pursue a refund.
My experience has been appalling. I encourage everyone to avoid bussiness with CDON at all cost.

I have ordered a bookshelf a month ago. The customer service told me that they would see with the transporter 2 weeks ago. I have not heard from them since although I reached out again and asked for a refund. This is the last time I use them.

I ordered a product, it took a week to arrive, peace be with it. But it wasn't the right one they sent.
It took them three days to respond to the inquiry about the error and acknowledged it. But here a week later I'm still waiting for a return label from the store.. I've been waiting for the answer over and over again.
It's the store that has to secure your label but write to us if it doesn't happen. I write and for the same answer or none.
I won't order from here again.
2/3 weeks to get your money back after it's returned to them, with this it quickly goes a month plus more.
Still waiting for the label..

I ordered a t-shirt. I got it after two weeks. The quality is bad. Not worth 200kr.
Worst Company ever.
First of all i didnt get my order, second they told me that they will send a new order. Its been 2 month soon and i havent heard anything from them since
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received.
I was promised a refund within 5 bank days on December 2nd. However, despite waiting patiently, I did not receive the refund within the promised time frame.
I followed up with an email on December 12th, and another one on the 17th, but there was no response.
The lack of communication and the continued delay in processing my refund are unacceptable and have caused significant inconvenience.
It is frustrating to deal with such poor customer service, especially when a clear commitment was made.
Unless this matter is resolved promptly, I cannot recommend CDON to others.
I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.
Scammers. Bought a Christmas tree and the quality is terrible. Asked to return it and they offered me a 48kr discount, when I said no thanks they said I have to agree to a 99kr fee for returning the product. The website only refers to a 39kr return label cost. When I ask to be provided the document that confirms this they are now ignoring my messages. Stay away from this dishonest company.
I really recomand it. They shipped my package next day and two days after I was able to pick up it. The products like on the website and two times cheaper than others. My experience was positive so I’ll do it again.
The client service is inexistent, the shipping of products are fictional. I had two orders made on their site, the first one says that it was delivered but I never received the parcel and the second one, they even deleted the order completely so I can't complain. I didn't receive any refund and nobody ever got in contact with me for a settlement or anything of that sort.

They sell scam products that does not work.
They sell them via thrid party seller and dont accept returns or refund.
I had placed an order which was supposed to be delivered on Oct 10. I had contact service myself to chase the order. Which they have never shipped and on top of that they mentioned they will ship with in 2 to 3 weeks. It's better to order from some other shop to avoid frustration and waste of time.
They have never send my package, they wrote it has been sent, but it’s not true, it’s hanging as a registrered package and have been that for over a month, and their support is now answering. This is properly not delivering anything anymore, it’s a scam company.
Ordered on 25 Aug, and it showed an estimated delivery of around 10 days, but it was never delivered.
No shipping tracking, and when you reached out the customer service, it said the package was returned to the company but they don't know why. They won't inform you either. Too much like a scam!

I have ordered a hair colour from them on the 30th of August. It said that it was out for delivery however it never showed up. I tried contacting their support but they ofcourse didn’t respond. It feels like a scam at this point since no other place take this much time. Also no updates or anything on the product the page is now missing. It is the worst service & their no help policy

I ordered on the 15/08. Wrote to their support 2 weeks later when there was no update on my order (except claiming it was in the netherlands), where they then notified me the expected delivery was the 23/09.
This was never indicated before buying.
I recently placed an order on CDON.dk for five different items. While four of these items were delivered correctly to my address, one item— a 60-liter trash bin—was marked as delivered but never actually arrived. According to the system, the item was delivered and signed for by someone else, but I have not received it.
I contacted both CDON.dk and the delivery company, GLS, to resolve the issue. GLS informed me that the address they had on file did not match the address I provided with my order. I relayed this information to CDON.dk, showing them the discrepancy between my order details and the address listed on the GLS delivery document. Despite this, and despite the fact that it has been nearly a week since the issue first arose, CDON.dk has been slow to respond. They advised me to check with my neighbors or look for the package in possible delivery locations, which I have already done without success.
Given that the missing item is a large 60-liter trash bin, it’s not something that could easily be overlooked or misplaced. I’ve asked my neighbors and checked all possible areas, but no one has seen it. Despite these efforts, CDON.dk has yet to offer a refund or send a replacement item. I’m left feeling frustrated and disappointed by their slow response and lack of effective resolution.
I hope this review will encourage CDON.dk to address customer issues more promptly in the future.

Unfortunately, I ordered a product and two sums of money were withdrawn from my account, the first for the product I ordered, and the second I still don't know why today... I tried to write them an email because this company does not have a contact number, and the emails sent by them are incomprehensible and even now they haven't solved my case even though I sent them proof of the amount taken from the account! I definitely do not recommend it! 👎
We ordered a bird bath on the 20th of June. CDON immediately withdrew the money from our bank and today, the 23rd of July, we have still not received the product.
To make matters worse, they have only replied to our claim once, where they state that the product is "delayed". They have not replied to our two last emails.
I've asked for a refund, as we clearly will not receive the product that we've paid for a month ago, however, no response.
There's absolutely no way of contacting them on by phone, which to me sound awfully lot like scammers.
This is my last resort then of trying to get some clearance from the company.
