Overcharging customers
On 8/4 their technician Jacob came to check our main water line and was there for 5min. He said that he would return to do work but never called or came back. On 8/13 we had two plumbers come and do work for 4 hours. I asked for an invoice on 8/13,8/21, and 9/29 I always spoke to Char and she said that the invoice was not ready. They recently sent an invoice in Dec charging 4 hours for Jacob at $340 and 6 hours for the plumbers. When my husband called for this invoice to be checked, Steve asked what we charge in California and that the amount we are charging we should be able to pay. I cannot process an operations manager speaking to a customer this way. I could tell Steve one thing in California we do not over charge and ask the customer how much they make to justify their overcharge invoice. Please hire real professional management at CDL this looks really bad for your company. Please stay away from this company!!
