The application will not open at all. I've reached out to CDKeyPC multiple times via email and through the "Contact" option on their website and have not received any response. This was a complete waste of money.

Five stars for sticking with me when I had problems installing software. Prompt and helpful responses and they seemed to understand my sense of humour😜 Very personable for remote support. Would buy from them again.

Great price for software and super support team...

Purchased MS Office 365 via Groupon. The email instructions were to set up a new MS account. When I looked into the account, the account is connected to a MS licence which belongs to a primary school in the UK. I will be reporting this.

I lost my login to 355 Microsoft due to my own flaut hoever the customer service team was quick to respond and instantly gave a free replacement account .

The software I purchased did not download using the instructions provided. The support provided was simply to repeat exactly the same instructions, which did not work.
A refund was refused, apparently it is my fault.
Very poor - will be telling my many friends to avoid disappointment and buy elsewhere.

Did not tell me this purchased Office 365 account from Groupon was not going to be fully mine and is owned by another organisation that won't let me change any login or profile details. It's a scam and I want my money back. CDKeyPC are scam artists.

Even though there is a slight problem with my order. The support team is fast in responding and I am sure they will take care of things fine.

I had an issue with the activation part of my download of the 2024 QB desktop software. I reached out to support and they were able to help finish the activation process with me. Very easy and quick on communication.

Never received the online discount.
Unable to sign into old account.
Correspondences mention "refer to the email"
however, the email did not tell me anything.

first product key didn't work and customer service responded immediately and emailed a replacement which worked straight away. excellent service as we all know computer problems can drive people mad. well done.

Fast, clear and efficient

I purchased a Microsoft product from this company via Groupon. The day after installation I got a message regarding suspicious activity on my account from Brazil from Microsoft. I wrote to the company using WhatsApp. I got three messages of 'check your email' . Nothing arrived. So now I don't know if my product is safe for use or not. Buyer beware, if it seems like a good deal it probably isn't...... this company obviously doesn't care anyway.

Just bought Microsoft 365 via Groupon, Cd key sent me the codes, very quick service got what I payed for including a great after sales service.
I can't recommend them enough 5 stars
