Community Choice refuses to tell me the amount I owe on a titleloan because I already paid Titlemax for the titleloan, not releasing my car for 13days and refusing to tell me how much i owe on my car

Community Choice closes the Greenville, SC location after teaming up with Tiltemax and telling me and all of their customers that these titleloans will be handled by Titlemax, a couple weeks later I paid off my titleloan, that Titlemax was now responsible for, that was in June, 6 months later 12/23 Community choice decides to put thier name back on the titleloan issue and the illegally repo my car, after I had paid my title off through titlemax done what they asked me to do, it is now 12/24 eleven days after my car has bee repoed Community Choice or Titlemax both refuse to tell me how much i owe, each time i contact titlemax they refuse to give me an amount i owe and each time i contact Community choice they refuse to give me a amount i owe they refer me to the legal department who only answered 1 email out of 40 emails and that was question of what was my Vin number after that that have not replied to another email they are refusing to tell me the amount I owe and they are refusing to provide me docuementtion that shows that i even have a loan with them they have wasted 11 days since the repo and send me a letter dated 12/16/24 that i received on 12/23/24 stating they are going to sell me car on 1/5/25 yet they refuse to tell me how much i owe, so I can pay it but this is where it gets tricky cause whatever the amount is they state i owe it was already paid to titlemax they have wrongfully repoed my vehicle and they need to correct this issue or this one week of damages might cause them a 200k mortgage payoff from these damages that their discrimination and violating me and their rules policy and regulation has caused. cause i want to know how much i owe them and i need a copy of the loan agreement. Still, they refuse to speak to me from the store to customer service and their legal team has only responded to 1 email out of 40 emails and their only question was what was my vin# I responded but they didnt respond any more for 13 days..
