Praise where praise is due - We’ve had a van wrap and a pop up sign done by CBM. The workmanship on the van was outstanding. The sign was needed within 3 days. It went to design…got approved by us and it was turned around within the 3 days. I will always recommend CBM as my experience has been good and the products are very high quality compared to other similar companies I have worked with in the past. One star ad I can't give no star. Very disappointed. Ordered on line on 18th February. Waited a week, never arrived. When I rang they said the delivery must be lost by a courier, wait a few days .

It never came.

2nd call, was ill call you soon to sort it that day.

3rd call we will sort a refund, said he will get the boss to call.

Im still not refunded.

Terrible service. It's only a number plate

Ordered two signs on 9/12/2025 received two emails last one on 11/12/2025 saying it was 'in production' , since then nothing. Tried to contact company but it's email seems to have been turned off. I understand Xmas might play a part but am very suspicious now having read the two reviews here, one is similar to my experience and the other is anonymous with a favourable outcome, could have been written by the company themselves. BEWARE.

Ordered a large outdoor children’s chalkboard on 29/02/2024 after 4 weeks of waiting I contacted the company by phone on numerous occasions, I was promised 5 calls back that “the boss” would contact me. In space of two weeks and multiple phone calls no chalkboard and no call backs. I was even promised the chalkboard would be delivered within 2 days by one member of staff.
09/04/2024 after being yet again promised another phonecall back from the boss within half an hour, as blackboard had not arrived. I rang again over an hour later and told them to give me my money back as it was a joke at this stage.
Had to contact again today as still no refund nearly two weeks after requesting refund. Apparently the accountant isn’t in until tomorrow.
Will never use this company again worst customer service I’ve ever seen or dealt with. All very polite on the phone but no product and no refund 7.5 weeks later is a complete joke.

Ordered new licence plates from CBM. With standard flat rate shipping my new plates arrived in 4 working days (6 actual days) from when order was placed. Arrived with the promised license plate fitting bits. Straightforward, hassle free transaction.
