I'll keep emailing but appalled at the customer service.

Absolutely terrible do not use

Absolutely terrible do not use, stated 2-3 day delivery, on day 4 and the status of my parcel is still ‘order placed’ tried to call and email however no response. Terrible business absolute scam will be posting on all social media platforms to get the word out about this terrible business.

False advertising. Slow delivery. Unprofessional

Ordered as they advertised 2-3 day delivery.
I’m on day 7 now and still no sign of my order.
I’ve emailed twice and had no response.
I called and spoke to a very unprofessional man who just told me “we’re busy, your order Will be sent out tomorrow, or the day after, maybe.” Turns out that was a lie.
If avoid if you want your vape any time this year.

Ordered vapes 6 days ago on 2/3 day delivery with DPD. I’ve emailed twice for an update and nothing back tried the contact number that just rings out.

I’ll be contacting my card provider and raising a chargeback

Orders not being sent

Placed a £75 order. 2-3 working day delivery. Well, it’s now 6 working days later and it hasn’t even been dispatched! No communication, no updates. I’ll have to get my credit card provider to reclaim the money back if they have no intention to post my order.

Surprised by neg reviews, had a positive experience

Was hesitant to place a (pretty large) order with these guys based on other reviewers experiences - so reached out via email first (Sunday Pm) and had a response Monday AM confirming what was in stock vs what needed to be ordered, and received my delivery 4 days later - the delay was two items out of stock which were ordered in and sent together so not the fault of the vendor or DDP, just a stock thing and I was happy to wait

One item was missing (easily done I guess, I bought a lot) and this was quickly rectified also, received the following day after notifying them via email

Can only say my experience has been a positive one and I'll gladly order again

Faulty vapes and gross customer service

Received faulty disposable vape. The liquid has leaked to the package and the vape wasn’t showing any signs of life. Have sent an email with all the pics attached to the sender and received a very unprofessional email asking to post the vape back so they can send the new one to me. Didn’t answered my question if they gonna pay the postage (I’ve asked twice). The manner of customer service gave me an impression that the return wouldn’t be issued and I’d just waste my time and money on the postage. Complete waste of money.

I ordered a disposable CBD vape pen and when I received it the hermetically sealed packaging has been opened so I rang the shop and told them they asked me if it looked like it has been used then said it should be fine or for me to send it back due to illness this is not an easy thing for me to do so money down the drain. Would not recommend them and would not use them again due to the fact that everything from them should be checked before being shipped

Don't want to give even one star. PLEASE GOD LET PEOPLE READ THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE SPENDING THEIR MONEY! I Should of done! My Order hasn't arrived, I don't think it's going to after reading all the reviews! This 'Company' has to be stopped from taking people's money!! I will get my money back, then I will forever be hunting you down for this because I cannot afford to lose £25!!!!! Disgusting scammers.

I didn't see the reviews until after I ordered, waited a week for items to turn up and when they didn't arrive I emailed CBD Wellness Centre and got a short email apologizing and blaming the delay on computer system being down. The order was delivered a few days later-taking 10 days to arrive. The product itself was fine, and although CBD Wellness seem to offer a great range of products I'm not sure I'd trust them to deliver again.

Absolutely disgrace of a company

Absolutely disgrace of a company. Placed order and ten days later had not arrived. Sent numerous emails and social media messages, completely ignored me. Eventually had message saying money to be refunded, but no explanation nor apology. Will see if refund actually goes through.

Avoid this company like the plague.

If I could give them 0 I would! And I would severely caution against using them!!

I made a small order to see what they were like, with the intention of it being on monthly going due to a health issue. Everything about the order was correct and I received, to their credit acknowledgments that my order had been received and dispatch information promptly.

What happened with the item afterwards is where the problem lies. They used DPD to deliver and DPD have dumped the parcel somewhere completely wrong, with no information other than a picture of a bloke in his socks! Further more they refuse to provide me the house number theyve ditched the parcel at only saying the GPS shows one house on a street of a bout 50, with multiple flats in each house!!

When I told them I did not want their product and that I would like a refund they have refused saying they need to investigate before they will do this! To me they’ve done the investigation and they have and in print admitted to failing to deliver the item I ordered! I do not want this item now and they have failed to deliver so it should be for them to refund the cost and then it’s their problem for as to how they arrange collection of their goods with DPD or recompense from them as it’s DPDs incompetence and laziness that’s caused them to lose an order!!

So they have still refused to do the refund and I have been in contact with my bank and will be seeking a chargeback, but this will take time! Anyway I have informed them and all I got back was a snarky “well send them the proof” ok so you have a picture of a bloke in socks! Great I’ll send them you admitting in text this item has been failed to deliver to the correct address!

I should also say they will not answer if you email direct or use the online form. I got an answer on Facebook messenger. But if you post anything remotely negative or querying they delete the post!

Anyway!! Done a bit of digging and it looks like their company has been asked to be stricken off so maybe they’re going under! But with customer service and incompetence like that I can imagine why!

Don’t bother using them! For a company promoting wellness all they are is a bunch of stress and attitude!!
