Customer service VERY SLOW

No confirmation email for order. The items went missing. Email response slow. Original order date to writing this review is over 14 days. I have no replacement or refund yet. Of course things go wrong, but communication and resolution times are poor.

The website itself had alot of…

The website itself had alot of information however the gummies I purchased don't seem to be having the effect on me I usually get from others. You can taste the cbd which isn't an issue however It feels like they have been Purley dipped in cbd instead of the full gummy been infused therefore I think the mg is actually alot lower then stated in each gummy.

This company is in financial trouble…

This company is in financial trouble I’m guessing, they are not responding to emails no number to call.
I’ve been basically scammed out of my money,
I’m giving them a few days to respond then reporting them for fraud

Aggressive advertising

Putting stickers all over the place and in peoples letter boxes is not a good way to do business.

I have teenagers asking questions. Very unprofessional.

Disappointing

On the 4th July 2024 I made an order.

After waiting until the estimated delivery date, I checked the progress of the order. No update to the shipping. The estimated delivery had been pushed back though, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they were having some issue and it was just a bit delayed.

I kept checking the status and the estimated delivery dates, which kept on increasing. On the 16th July 2024 I decided to send them an email to get some kind of an update.

They didn't respond.

I look into reporting fraud with my bank; and read "You should always speak to the retailer first to try to resolve the issue directly with them. If you’ve contacted the company and still need our support, please raise a dispute."

So I send another email on the 18th July 2024 informing them of my intention to report a scam to get my money back via the bank on the next day.

On the morning of 19th July 2024 they replied informing me they had issued a full refund and apologised that the order had not been synced and were short of staff, hence the lack of communication - and also that they "... will be closing for the immediate future and refunding any customer"

Out of curiosity I decided to go back to the website and noticed I was still able to add items to the cart and go to checkout, though I never went as far as making a transaction.

The experience was disappointing, but at least I received the refund.

So if you're considering buying from the site it might be worth asking them if they're still actually in business and able to fulfil orders, or if they're just going to refund you?

First order I’ve ever made with this…

First order I’ve ever made with this company. I’ve contacted them as the order said it was dispatched yet when you go online it tells me it’s an invalid order number. I’ve sent them three emails asking if my order has actually been dispatched. I’ve also contacted them on Facebook. I’ve been completely ignored. No response whatsoever and still no sign of my package. I will give them another couple of days after that. I will be doing a claim back via my bank if still no response. I will write another review in a couple of days. I still haven’t had anything.

Once again issue's

Once again issue's, week after ordered on 1-2 day delivery and 2 emails sent chasing no response. Have ordered a couple of times since last review all late with no customer service response to emails, lots of companies out there provide same product would not use CBD village, believe just blaggers and previous excuses were a lie.

Missing items. No customer service.

Received an order with missing items.
The BOGOF was not fulfilled.
Have tried emailing but no response in 7 days.
Have tried Facebook messenger and no response.
Phone number is not recognised.
Address listed as Waterhouse Business Center, Chelmsford. They are not there since before covid. I rang and reception said they've moved but not changed address etc.
So a rubbish service and misrepresentation of an offer.

I have just received an email from CBD…

I have just received an email from CBD Village treating me as a past supporter and, they hope, a returning customer. I am far from either! As explained in my earlier review, I tried to return my order, but received no reply to my emails. Eventually, I gave the products to a user, and had to write off my financial loss. What is this company up to?

I've been using the products from CBD…

I've been using the products from CBD village for nearly a year now and I have I introduced friends and family to the company and like me they have been impressed with their products.
I would have given the company a 4.5 due to a mistake in my order. But I raised it back up to 5 due to great customer service and the problem being rectified within 3days after contacting them of the issue.
Great products too.
I use the oils ,gummies and balm and my wife and mother are using the cbd infused skin products and they are noticing the benefits over cosmetic and pharmaceutical products as am I.

I want to return my items as I have…

I want to return my items as I have been advised I should not take gummies when on medication for high blood pressure. I am finding it impossible to make contact with any one about my return. I have sent several emails, and completed a form form to send a message, but message came up that there was a problem sending the message - try again later. No idea how to proceed!

Do not buy from here!

I think it's safe to say you shouldn't buy from this place. I made an order on 30th March with 2 - 4 days delivery service and I haven't received anything other than the email confirming my purchase and the link to "view order" in that email links me to an "invalid order". No shipping confirmation, nothing. I've both emailed and also filled in their contact form on their website and got no response. It's such a shame because I did purchase from them a year ago with an almost identical order and I received my item really quickly. Clearly something has gone terribly wrong or they're no longer operating and just haven't shut down their website / shop like they should have since I'm not the only one experiencing this. Just save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere so you don't end up £70 out of pocket having to put in a dispute with your bank like me.

Paid for items never delivered never responded

Paid for items, paid extra for next day delivery, still no response whatsoever after 8 emails, and 7 days, and phone number doesn't work.
Maybe gone bust, but my experience has been the worst out of any CBD vendor in the UK, and I've used a few.
