Found the solution to my unpleasant pms symptoms!
To begin with, I’m a woman who goes through a long, semi-uncomfortable(tender breasts and unstable bowel movements) pms period. Just a day or two before it actually comes, I have this feeling that my stress level rises therefore preventing the blood from actually coming as this often results in a late period, hence prolong the discomfort. However, kudos to this cbd oil, I believe that it relaxes the tension I feel inside my body and helps the blood flow to start on time and without any cramp at all. I might start taking it as soon as the symptom occurs to see if it helps with my other unpleasant symptoms.
