I WOULD GIVE THIS WEBSITE 0 STARS IF IT HAD IT ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DIDN'T EVEN GET THE PACKAGE I ORDER DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM

Ordered product that was due 2 days ago. Contacted customer service who said go ask the post office. Don't bother ordering from them. They decide who to use to ship but don't take responsibility. Horrible customer service

Placed an order last week that was due to arrive today 2/24/2021 and the package never came. I recommend you taking your business elsewhere if you want the product you paid for.

I wish there was a way I couldn't even give them a star I placed an order with them on February 9th they took the money out of my bank account I never received my order I reached out to them they told me I needed to reach out to my post office or the postman who delivers my mail and I did that multiple times the post office is saying they didn't even have the package so I reached back out to this company and they started becoming rude and unprofessional and their messages telling me that I needed to take my frustration out on the post office and that there is nothing they can do about it they won't refund my money they won't send out a replacement for the order that I never got so I will never and I mean never order from this site again and I will tell everybody that I know that buys this type of stuff to never go to this site again. Again I wish didn't even have to give me one star because in my opinion they don't deserve it. It would have been fine if they would have reached out and tried to find out what happened to my order but they didn't and then like I said they became very rude and unprofessional with thr email correspondence they with me to me this is very bad company very bad staff and again they walked away with my money and I ended up with nothing and then they turned around a blamed me for the problem.

Order of Trap Star recieved. The picture on the web site was green buds. I open mine they was "Down Town Brown". Looked like they had been decarboxalted almost? Costumer service basically says it happens sometimes and that's what I get for looking for a good deal. It wasn't marketed as the best of the best for the price. NO BUT. The advertising picture of the Trap Star are GREEN BUDS and I recieved BROWN Buds. Unfair delivery and Unfair I have to jump thru a few hoops to mail it back. First order and still am heated about it 2 days later..

I have never had a bad experience with CBD Hemp Direct. I can see why they won the Hemp Cup. They have some of the best prices and quality flower on the market. I find myself checking their site for sales a lot. They have fantastic deals such as $1.00 grams, great kief sales, bulk options, wax, and more. I have been buying from Cbd hemp direct for a bit over a year now and I absolutely vouch for their products. I mostly purchase CBD flower but I have purchased some CBG hash, some CBD vapes etc, as they help with my Anxiety, PTSD etc. The only issue that I have ever had with their products, was that a disposable vape died about halfway through the oil. I emailed them about the issue to which they apologized as it isnt anything they've seen before (they dont make the electronics obviously) and sent me replacement out at their cost, easy as that. Now I cant vouch in depth for their customer support other than that, as that is the only time I've ever contacted them, but over all I absolutely love this company and the products.

CBD savings direct is awful! I had an allergic reaction to their CBD oil and the best they offered was a 60% refund! If I wanted a “full” refund I needed to ship products back and pay $20 shipping!!! I was told a manager would call me within 24-48 hours, that didn’t happen! So now I’m taking products back to post office, fingers crossed they actually submit refund! FYI, they were unwilling to put any of this in an email! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!

Post office lost my first shipment even though the claimed it was delivered, and I was sent a replacement for free by CBD Hemp Direct. When the post office eventually found my original order, CBD Hemp Direct let me keep that one too! Great deals, great product, and even better service.
