They go out of their way to satisfy
The staff goes out of their way to make sure we find the staff we need. This app has a lot of potential once it reaches a wider audience, but we've already been able to find a couple of staff with their help.
The concept, being able to review applicants from a quick video, is great and has really saved us time when considering people for positions where their spoken English is an important qualifier.
