I purchased items from them via Instagram on 26 August 2021 and today is 4 October 2021 and they have still not arrived. They replied to me twice early on to blame delays on covid but have not responded to my last 4 emails. I also reached out to them on Instagram and Facebook and no one bothers to reply. DO NOT BUY from these people.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased 5 dresses which didn’t fit, emailed them as per their return policy and didn’t get a response. I emailed them 6x and have yet to get a response! Wait of time and money!!! Don’t throw your money away like I did!

WARNING: DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER! I purchased multiple items from this site via Instagram ads. Big mistake. As soon as I got the confirmation of payment I realized it was a foreign company based in China. Huge red flag for poor quality products and an impossible return experience. I reached out to the company within less than 10 hours of ordering to ask to cancel my order before it was shipped out to avoid the hassle and before being forced into a terrible return policy where I'm paying more to return items than I paid to get them. They were very responsive but only to offer me 30% off and then 50% off to keep my order. I said no every time but they ignored my response. Next thing I know I get a shipping confirmation forcing me into what I was trying to avoid - receiving poor quality items that I didn't want and having to pay more to return them than I paid for the items themselves. As suspected, the quality was awful. Per their return policy, I couldn't get a full refund, so instead the company offered me 35% back on the 3 items that were just unacceptable to keep. This of course was delayed and they only refunded me part of the 35% (apparently this offer of a 35% refund was on the original price, not the price I paid, which was not made clear until after I questioned them). But I want to be sure no one else has to experience this company. The quality is below Forever 21 and it's more expensive. Save yourself the money!
