Life's Best Pressed. Our sweetness comes from pressed fruit, nothing else. In life, as in juice, nature knows best.

The rating is made up of 5 stars for the product and 1 star for the packaging. I buy tomato juice and beetroot juice in bulk as it is cheaper and I love both of them. The screw top opener on the other hand is woeful. I would estimate that 1 in 10 of the cartons leaks once opened and I have had to clear up numerous messes when shaking the carton before use.

Like so many, I have a serious intolerance to Aspartame & Asulfame-K which are used so much now and its difficult to find a good natural drink. So pleased I've found your product, keep up the good work and lets see some refreshing new flavours added too.

I ordered some watermelon sparkling water online 2 weeks ago and haven't yet received it. I've tried to contact Cawston Press several times via email and on social media to no avail. I understand that it's not technically their fault as Evri lost the parcel but Evri keeping telling me that the sender needs to contact them to get it sorted. I have now raised a dispute with my Cawston Press via my bank for a refund as neither them nor Evri have responded.

Your Ginger Beer made me VERY UNWELL.
Why are you not highlighting Capsaicin (Capsicum)
(since your terrible reformulation )
It should be in BOLD as an ingredient in your product as an allergic inducing substances. Some people are:
ALLERGIC and INTOLERANT to this substance as I am.
IT IS CLASSIFIED AS A TOXIC SUBSTANCE after all.
I am sure trading standards should be looking in to this that ,I was make quite ill by this being included in the new formula.
I did write a previous message- no response

Great tomato juice but abysmal packaging. The ne closure is quite impossible to open and the whole thing ended up coming away from the packaging, so we will need to be super careful as we finish the juice to avoid getting tomato juice all over the kitchen and our clothes.
Brilliant juice, however, compared with supermarket alternatives.
The juice is fine l bought 12 online Amazon after trying James White which was more expensive but so much easier to open and screw back on. Cawston one is absolutely terrible and so difficult so won’t buy again until they change the top
A second tin can has ruptured - the tins are now so thin. This one leaked inside my vintage Mulberry barrel bag. Furious doesn’t even cover it.
Very single thing was covered. Including leaking into the two Epi Pens which I have to carry with me at all times.
Needless to say I can not contact anyone as their email system isn’t working!

Had the rhubarb one today and it was absolutely lovely, no added sugars which is amazing how they managed to get this taste, well done guys
Finally found a drink that’s tasty without sugar or sweetners. It says it’s tart but I don’t think it is.
Cawston Press offers fantastic products, especially their ginger beer. A recent issue with my order was promptly addressed by their helpful customer service team, who resolved it efficiently. Delivery was quick, though packaging could use improvement to avoid damage. Despite minor issues, I remain happy with their service and look forward to ordering again. 4 stars!

Cawston Press delivers decent customer service and their ginger beer is excellent. However, there have been a few hiccups with packaging and delivery. Some orders were incorrect or arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging. Although customer service is responsive and quick to rectify mistakes, there's room for improvement in how orders are packed and reducing plastic use. Overall, the experience is mixed, but I'll keep ordering in hopes that these issues are addressed.

Juice is great if you can get into it! Stupid cap that needs a knife or teeth to open. Twice I've pulled the cap off the carton, will be looking at other products purely because of this.
As with many other reviews, the new caps are terrible in design being unintuitive and a pretty useless redesign where there was not a problem in the first place. Also poor is Cawstons responses which will only add to customers poor feedback.
Like previous reviews I also have a problem with the new "Flip caps". Better instructions won't improve design that isn't fit for purpose. I have to use a knife to flip the cap and because it's so tight it pulls the complete cap out of the package. This results in beetroot juice everywhere.
I agree with the previous post. The redesigned caps are difficult to undo and the prongs inside the cap are sharp. I cut my finger opening the Apple and Ginger presse carton.
I've emailed Cawston and posted on the Chat on their website. They don't seem bothered or in a rush to reply.
Shame, great product. May have to wear gloves when opening the product in future.
I agree with the reviewer concerning the changed design of the beetroot juice top, the last one sheared off entirely. The only solution is to decant the juice into another container.

great product sadly they have recently changed the lids, the new design is useless hard to open hard to close and if you shake the carton before use as instructed you end up with juice everywhere
