I’m a long-term fan and customer of…

I’m a long-term fan and customer of Cavology, and I always receive compliments on every single product I’ve purchased for my handsome boy. But this particular review is about their customer service, especially Mai.
When we had an issue with one of the products, she helped us right away and arranged for a replacement to be shipped immediately.

Thank you so much for your beautiful products — and, more importantly, for your wonderful customer service.

Design & price are not worth it

There designs are simple and nice. However not practical for dogs that pull, the harnesses are more fashion pieces. Not so great quality of material chosen its not washable and it's vegan leather so it cannot get wet. The prices are quite high where you can find the same on Etsy.

Wow is all I can say

Wow is all I can say, it has been rough this Black Friday and my order from Cavology. Mai reached out to me saying there was only 1 size left for my order of 2 items. We then had issues getting in touch to resolve this (emails seem to be bouncing, which I had no idea about )
Mai then called and texted - I responded by text and praying this is now resolved. Thank you Mai for your patience.
I will continue to recommend Cavology and share this experience.

I have made many purchases

I have made many purchases, the products are made well and wash up easily. I love their reversible harness, room for growth.
We have several bundles and a couple of harnesses. They are a pricey but the quality is worth it. The dogs are comfortable.

My Favorite Dog Brand!

I love Cavology! Orders always come within 2 weeks, and the products are always satisfactory! We had a problem with sizing once and they immediately refunded, and as soon as our return reached them they sent out our replacements. Always wonderful customer service; they clearly care for their clients. We always receive handwritten notes with our packages, and sometimes little surprises like doggy bows. Definitely recommend!!

Very disappointing.plain stealing and not caring.

Very, very disappointed...and, yes, I should have read the reviews here before ordering...but i trusted that Mei would be, at least, 10% as friendly and helpful as she gives the impression to be on her youtube channel, and at least, 50% as passionate about dogs as she says she is.
To the point: customer service is THE rudest I've come across in a long time. Apparently, in their words, "we just state facts", even for situations they have not witnessed. Like the lack of delivery of an order we placed +2 months ago. In the end, there was an issue with the import fees because of a mistake made by Cavology , and the local post office decided to return it. Of course, cavology kept insisting how their knowledge of european import fees is their area of expertise, when it is clear they have no idea. What's worse is that they dont care about the customer at all. After 2 months, and after denying to refund the order that was never delivere, they decided to issue a refund for aroubd 60% of what was paid. Even though this was not our fault, they consider fair to keep the delivery costs too.
In the end, sadly, they really don't care about your pet, you as a customer, their business, nor even basic morals. Just keeping your money scrooge-style.
As i said VERY disappointing.

I guess they don't value customer satisfaction

Disappointed with my experience with them, to say the least. I made a purchase for 2 full-price items knowing that sales were rare/irregular but it was for my dog's birthday, so I decided to just make the purchase rather than wait for a sale.
Of course, 2 days later they had a flash sale. One of the items I purchased was included in this sale so I asked if I could have the price adjusted, considering it had only been 2 days since my purchase and the price difference amounted to less than $5. Unfortunately, they responded saying that they don't do price adjustments.
As someone who has worked in small businesses and customer support, I'm surprised that they seem to not value customer satisfaction enough to meet such a simple request. Things like this could really help with both customer retention and drawing in new customers.
I purchased from Cavology because I enjoy the owners' YouTube content and wanted to support a small, women-owned business. I'm simply disappointed that they did not provide the kind of customer service that I expected as opposed to just not getting to save 5 bucks. IF I ever want to buy anything from them again, I'll just wait for a sale.

Probably ok if you're in the US!

Ordered a set that contained harness, leash and poop bag dispenser. 2 months and it didn't arrive so I contacted customer service, they said they would see if they can find the parcel and said they'd get back to me in about 2 weeks. Why so long, I dont know.
Then 2 weeks later, surprise surprise, the parcel was found in Ireland and delivered to me. Now it had been over 2 months and my puppy had grown and we had no use for the harness anymore - it was now to small. I was not given an apology, nor offered a refund nor offered to return or exchange the harness. I was told, that after all I could still use the leash and dispenser.
Very very shady - will not order there again.
I get that there can be difficulties when ordering from the US to Europe, but I had the exact same situation with another shipment with another company and I was given a free return label, they exchanged the item and delivered in a size bigger. So, knowing that this is possible, and knowing what decent customer service looks like, I will not order from here again. That being said - quality of products is good!
