Outstanding service and genuine kindness
I would like to sincerely thank Cave Parfumerie for their exceptional service and kindness. Unfortunately, my parcel was lost due to an issue with the local delivery service in my area, who did not handle the delivery properly.
I contacted Cave Parfumerie’s customer service to explain the situation, and they immediately took action. They resent my order in express delivery so I could receive it in time — an incredibly thoughtful and generous gesture.
Their professionalism, responsiveness, and human approach truly stand out. It’s rare to find a company that cares this much about its customers.

All good, pretty fast delivery
I ordered on Saturday and next Sunday the package arrived to Germany, Hannover. It was a cute message inside, 4 testing blotters, 4 perfumes, they didn't look mixed or so, incredibly strong scents, a single spray I was dying the whole day bc of how strong it was. One of them is my new favourite. I'm very satisfied.
